Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

El servicio en mesa en el aeropuerto Billy Bishop de Toronto malísimo, solo 3 personas atendiendo y 1 de ellas solo para VIP. Estuvimos en el mismo sitio de la cola durante 40minutos y no nos dejaron embarcar porque ibamos tarde. La chica de la recepción con muy malos modales.

The flight attendant Barry then came and told me if there was anything he could do for me during the flight just to let him know. After the flight was over Barry asked me to wait till everyone deplaned so He could make sure my wheelchair was there and then carried my bag to them. Porter airlines is top notch. I will use them again next time I go to visit my daughter."

Ventajas: "the lounge was great in toronto. loved the free lattes."

Ventajas: "Courteous crew and gate agents. Complimentary refreshments. Boarding a breeze. Reasonable legroom."

Ventajas: "Small lines, great lounge with light breakfast and refreshments for all passengers, very pleasant atmosphere. Quick boarding and almost instantaneous takeoff... nice on board service, with a variety of free snacks and drinks (including alcohol...)"
Ventajas: "Nothing"
Desventajas: "Customer service was very poor I will never be flying .Porter Airlines again My flight was cancel I sat at the airport for 8 hours before I could get on a flight. Mind you this was after being rebooked for the next day with no notification. The security agents are the one who inform me of the cancellation. NOT PORTER ."
Desventajas: "Crew member was argumentative and not helpful"
Desventajas: "3 different delays. Sat on runway for over 3 hours in Toronto and then Newark. The one bathroom on the plane was full and started to overflow so we were sitting on runway for an hour and a half with no bathroom and could not get off."
Ventajas: "They didn't know when the flight will take off and when I went to ask she ask me to set down until she find out after an hour delay I had to pay double for the service care for this hour because I wasn't able to notify them of the delay"
Desventajas: "Are flight was delayed 1 hr. Due to a issue at Newark, this would of been ok, except the gate manager announced it was due to low cloud ceiling and visiability. I'd think you would understand any one look to see the status of flights in Newark on their phone and see visibility was a few broken and visibility 10. So lying only puts distrust in paasangeners!"
Ventajas: "Kind and professional! They took care of me before I even realized I needed tending too! They also have a great complimentary earlier flight policy if you decide you need to jump on a earlier plane - which I did. Highly recommend"
Desventajas: "Nothing bad to say! Great experience"

Ventajas: "Great private airline which offer ultimate comfort in their lounges and plane. You can really unwind before boarding."

Desventajas: "Though they have a lounge it was not in good shape. Trash cans overflowing, seat cushions filthy. I appreciate that they provide food for economy passengers in the lounge but, if you provide good in plastic containers you need someone to empty the trash-at the least."

Para un vuelo tan largo deben mejorar los alimentos, Y cobran por el acceso a internet, lo cual no me gusto porque en la compra del boleto no lo mencionan
Por el precio que pague, es aceptable, pero para un vuelo tan largo deberían mejorar los alimentos.
Creo que es buena la relación costo calidad
La tripulación fue muy amable. El proceso de documentación podría ser más rápido
Las sobrecargó muy amables, pero el abordaje estuvo muy desordenado y los asientos muy rígidos

Desventajas: "Frequent American Airlines passenger. Found WestJet had far more leg room and plenty overhead storage. Plane was clean and flight attendants where attentive."
Desventajas: "Minor point. They boarded the plane very early. We got to the gate 1/2 hour before departure, and were almost the last ones to board."

Ventajas: "The flight was cancelled at the last minute I had to buy another flight with Air Canada that cost me double the price and i was stuck at the airport all day !!!! The Air Canada flight was at 6.30pm ,and the West Jet was suppose to leave at 11.30am"

Being held in holding because it was being confirmed that my bag would make it on my next flight and then once confirmed it never made it anyways!!! Unprofessional and poorly executed all the way through."
Ventajas: "The plane was less busy so many people had an empty seat next to them. It was great for leg room and I slept the whole flight!"

Ventajas: "I really liked the service with West Jet. The people were so friendly and helpful, and that was huge since we were not as familiar with Canadian procedures. After we got on board the flight, I do not remember much since I literally got on the plane and went to sleep. But I was comfortable enough to sleep!"
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed and they never let us onboard even when I was able to make it to the gate before it was closed. After missing the flight the hotel vouchers was provided but we were asked to report in 2 hours (i.e 4AM) so think abou whole night was literally wasted. Finally next flight was 11AM in the morning which I ended up boarding and finally reach Toronto after 8 hours of delay."
Ventajas: "Stayed patient with the large, young group aboard. Didn't let that stress bleed over to other passengers"
