Korean Air wouldnt issue my boarding pass for my INC to CEB flight at LAX so I have to get in line again at the Korean Air check- in counter in INC then was told to go to Jin Air since it was operated by them. Jin Air wouldn't issue a boarding pass because my flight was at 8 AM the following day. I ended up sleeping at the predept area until the counter opened."

Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

There are plenty storage space in your seat space. The entertainment system has many choices and has a lot new release movies and shows."
Desventajas: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

Ventajas: "Overall I was flying from SFO to Bali. So my first flight was about 14 hours. This whole trip all together was about 24 hours, and considering the length it was great. I was expecting to get restless and annoyed while on the plane, but it was easy to love around. The seats were comfortable, and the food was good. The airline staff was very nice and accomadating. So, because of there actions, I will most likely fly with them again."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "Mass Boarding procedure was inefficient. Same Airline boarding out of Chicago had groups according to sets of row numbers, and was much more efficient. Should use in all cases."
Ventajas: "The back part of the plane was mostly empty, so I moved to an empty row and was able rto stretch out and rest. The attendants were very nice and polite."

Crews did not say anything. Some crew members didn’t speak enough english"

Desventajas: "We had just purchased coffee and the boarding agent told us that their policy was that we were not permitted to take hot coffee onto the aircraft. My guess is it had to do with safety. I've never been told this on any of the hundreds of flight i've been on traveling the world. It must be a South Korea thing."
Desventajas: "Entertainment headphones did not have good sound quality; there was no option for English captions for most of the movies."
Ventajas: "Everything! From the comfortable pods in business class to the excellent wines and food, it was more like 1st class.!"

Desventajas: "For whatever reason they had me go to the end of the line even though my ticket was for business class. I wasn’t upset, byt just a little confused. Other than that everyone else was pretty polite."

Ventajas: "I liked everything about the airlines, the flight attendants are so respectful and kind. They go out of their way to help the packager get comfortable and settle in there seat before and after take off. I have been a member with Asian Airlines for 6 years and won't change airlines for nothing even if I have to pay a little extra for great service."
