Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Further, when I wsa travelling to Jakarta - none of the inflight entertainment was working. So it has been disappointing."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "That we were required to check our overhead bag because it weighed more than 15lbs. Meanwhile as we boarded nearly every passenger had an overhead bag that most certainly weighed more than 15lbs. Not sure what was going on there...also the seats are a little tight when reclined. Once the seat in front of me reclined back I had my knees in the back of the chair the entire flight and I am not a particularly tall person- made for a pretty uncomfortable 15hrs."
Ventajas: "Overall it was an excellent flight, delicious food, wonderful crew and flight mainly smooth."
Desventajas: "To get to the gate for boarding was like going from Terminal 2 to Terminal 7 too far for many people to walk and to eventually find when you are not familiar with the airport, thought for a minute Qantas had not paid their airport duties."
Ventajas: "The second I boarded the plane i realised that Qantus Australia practices number one customer service. Every hostess greeted everyone always with a smile and politeness. The crew were simply fantastic. The new airbus 380 was very comfortable and a perfect flight. Amazing."
Desventajas: "The fact that my checked in luggage was lost and is yet to be recovered. Very disappointing, i hope its recovered as i don have insurance."

Ventajas: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."

Desventajas: "Mal señalizado el abordaje en ezeiza, teniendo pantallas que todos podemos mirar, en lugar de anunciar por las mismas el orden de ingreso, no, andaban con cartelitos de carton que apenas se veían y una señora diciendo donde era cada fila, un desastre."
Desventajas: "No es lo que compré. Asientos pesadísimos uno del otro, casi sin espacio para piernas. Cuberteria y platería de plástico, nunca entregaron los accesorios Tumi, las mantas NO son las anunciadas. En fin, un engaño."
