Ventajas: "They gave us food vouchers and snacks for our delayed flight. The choice of movies available was great. the flight attendants were nice."
Desventajas: "Our international flight was delayed by over 2 hours. When we called to rebook our connection flight from Brisbane to Cairns, the agent on the phone told us they were unable to help us. The online website also did not allow us to rebook. When we got to Brisbane, the only flight remaining for us was a flight 2hours later with connection. Also, the phone jack was so poor that half of the time you couldn’t hear the movie."

But the airline did not plan ahead and was understaffed to take care of the individuals on the airline to speed up the process of waiting in lines. They knew we were coming and still only had 2 individuals on staff to take care of hundreds of people so the lines were longer than needed to be. Poor planning and accommodating of individuals during this time has made me not want to fly with this airline again."
Desventajas: "Flight turned around after being in the air for two hours. No compensation was provided for the incovinevnce. rebooked on a Virgin flight. I want to be refunded for the qantas flight."
Desventajas: "my wife and i were subjected to very harsh treatment at check in...we were harassed over being 100 grams overweight on a check in bag...100 grams... both flying on a paid business class ticket."

Desventajas: "I was not able to board the plane and was told that I needed to apply for ETA. I did and was not able to do it online. Then I needed to call the embassy about a required visa as a visitor. None of this was presented before. I have not traveled to Australia before, so I had no idea this needed to be done. As of now I am still at home trying to find a solution to this requirement."

Desventajas: "I checked the flight prior to going to Auckland airport and all showed on time, by the time we cleared immigration and were in the airport we were notified of a six hour delay due to mechanical issues. I realize these things happen, but earlier notification would have prevented an 8 hour stay in the airport. The seats are pretty close together for a 3.5 hour flight. After hearing a lot of positive comments about Qantas, this was not a great first impression"
