No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

No pude realizar el vuelo por ser con conexión y al ir el primer vuelo con retraso no llegar a tiempo y se perdió.

Ventajas: "Only thing I like was check in New Yorke was smooth"
Desventajas: "Flight to India was messy aircraft was dirty people was leaving there empty food trays on the floor on empty areas because they were not coming to collect empty plates I have pictures of dirty trays on the floor flight from New Delhi to jfk I did not receive one of my luggage the lady at claims was extremely rude"
Ventajas: "Nothing. Food was ok."
Desventajas: "Most of the televisions (the only source of entertainment in flight) were out of order or the sound was not working. The staff was not even courteous to reply back politely to problems in the flight. The bathrooms were gross with no toilet papers."
Desventajas: "The consoles are not responsive and are often broken. It's hard to use them effectively."

Desventajas: "The entertainment systems don't function in most of the seats. Also the flight being on time is purely on your luck."
Ventajas: "Non-stop flight from JFK to New Delhi is very convenient (especially leaving from JFK not Newark). Flight was only 15 min delay."
Desventajas: "Don't expect luxury on this flight. Dirty seats, continental breakfast not offered as advertised, curt staff, broken TV remote"

Desventajas: "They cancelled the returned flight from Delhi although we learned later that the flight started late. Gave a connection with 17 hrs of total layover. We came back almost 2 days later. The personnel in Kolkata were the worst. We waited 5 hrs in the airport to but still did not get confirmation. Had to go to the city office next day and from there run to the airport. never had an experience like this."

Desventajas: "The crew was rude and pathetic, they don’t know how to talk to passengers. They are also racist. I don’t know how these people have jobs on international airlines"
Desventajas: "The serving tables are broken and have to be propped up just to eat. The entertainment system did not work the entire 15.5 hour flight. The departing time was changed many times but was not reflected on the website."

Desventajas: "It would have been nice to dim the lights so people could sleep, offer water more than once during a 15 hour flight (that's right - beverage service ONE TIME in 15 hours), not take 30 min to clear out garbage after meals, and notice when you step on the passengers foot... 3 times. Also, the bathroom ran out of toilet paper twice, the personal entertainment tv shuts off randomly throughout the flight, the food was salty (further dehydrating), and plane is dirty."

Desventajas: "poor comfort broken seats and tv crew didnot care if we (atleast 11 people) missed conncetion from new york they left 40 passengers at boarding and went back to get them delaying other connecting flights very little leg space worse then local flights overhead light didnot work bathrooms had no soap"
Desventajas: "Seats too tight for a long flight - food was spicy hot - toilets ran out of toilet paper and crew did not replenish, had to use tissues"
