Since next flight out was 9p, I decided to cancel my trip. I did investigate taking same flight tomorrow, Jul 13, and was told it was full and I would be standby."
Desventajas: "Flight was determined to be 2 hours late well in advance. No e-mail, no call so we get to the airport 2 hours ahead of departure to find out we have to sit around the airport for 4 hours. This was NOT a last minute delay. This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."

I keep getting switched from one person to another without any feed back and it's so frustrating. It will be nice if I can get someone to just tell me there is no refund rather than keeping me online for over 10mins."

I'm generally very tired by the time I get on a flight, and not being able to recline at all makes for a very uncomfortable flight."

Desventajas: "Everything was awful about this travel experience. I was delayed all day and my flight from MSP to JFK took almost 8 hours. They delays were due to weather which I can understand but there was absolutely no communication from the airline and had everyone including myself extremely frustrated. We landed in Stewart, NY with no warning or information. Was a nightmare."
Ventajas: "The friendliest service and very accommodating when I asked about a seat change to sit next to two other friends. I wish all airlines has this great customer service!"

Desventajas: "I stayed at airport bar waiting for friends at SeaTac. Bag stayed on carousal for 2 hrs, but no signage of where it was. No one from Sun Country was at the terminal at all (nobody at ticketing or any bag service). I called service in MPLS and they emailed someone at SeaTac to contact me. I was able to locate it myself on one of the 16 carousals, but didn't receive a call for another 90 minutes."

Ventajas: "Short lines and prompt check-in. Flights took off and landed on time. Lots of young kids but generally quiet. "Budget" airlines like Sun Country and Southwest have separate Humphrey terminal but it is less crowded and easy to navigate."

Desventajas: "My boyfriend and I purchased our seats separately and we asked if there was a way that we could be seated together. The man that was checking in our bags said no and that the plane was full. We were fine with it, but after awhile he said that he found a couple seats together in the emergency exit aisle. It was great! We got on the plane and there were tons of extra seats, the plane was not full and I believe that he was too lazy to look for seats together upon our first request."

Desventajas: "Did not like that we couldn't print boarding passes from home. Had to check in at counter. On return trip, an overnight trip, we were told that there were no seats together so paid for exit row tickets. In flight there were plenty of seats empty. A passenger from somewhere else used ALL 3 of the exit rows seats in front of us to lay down and sleep. They did NOT pay for those seats. We did. No snacks offered. Calling Sun Country, the hold time was more than an hour."
Desventajas: "There were multiple rows of empty seats, so I moved in order to lay down and sleep. After I had fallen asleep I was shaken awake by a flight attendant telling me in a very rude tone I couldn't sleep there because I hadn't paid for the seats. I had obviously paid my air fare and the seats were vacant. I will never fly Sun Country again because of how I was treated by their flight attendants."
Ventajas: "The luggage fee is reasonable. The flight was on-time. Spacious seat."
Desventajas: "The luggage fee is cheaper when paid on-line, but when I tried to pay on-line, an error message popped up. I ended up paying at the registered desk which is $10 more."
Ventajas: "Because of a delay, was given a voucher for food and also a voucher for travel at another time. Seats are clean and not so cramped you can't breath. Excellent landings."

Todo estuvo mal. Cancelaron el vuelo a Puebla, cambiamos el vuelo a Cd de Mex y ya en el Avión nos bajaron por qué no había piloto, ademas ya para salir después de la demora no teníamos designado pista. Pedimos asientos buenos ya que teníamos plus y nos dieron los que no se inclinan!!!!
En ese vuelo no tenían para ver películas. Solo con los dispositivos y te cobran el WiFi. Si el vuelo dura casi 5 horas deben enviar aviones con pantallas para el entrenamiento. Esos aviones que no tienen pantallas debe ser para vuelos más cortos.

Desventajas: "Que revisen si las marcas del sistema en el boleto de abordaje están correctas, sobretodo el equipaje de mano, para evitar incomodidades del pasajero al abordar"
Ventajas: "Que fue rápido el abordaje"
Desventajas: "A pesar de ser una línea low cost, termine gastando más que por cualquier otra aerolínea, ya que tuve que pagar mi carry on, comida y es incomodo"
Ventajas: "La amabilidad del personal y puntualidad."
Desventajas: "Las sillas no son reclinables y eso las hace muy incomodas"
Ventajas: "Para ser un vuelo economico no estuvo tan mal"
Desventajas: "Deberian regalar agua o cafe para el viaje"
Ventajas: "Para ser un vuelo economico estuvo muy bien no tengo quejas"
Desventajas: "Que por lo menos nos regale agua o cafe para el vuelo"
Ventajas: "Son amables pero en métodos de aerolínea es muy flojo servicio de muy mala calidad no lo recomiendo"
Desventajas: "Mejor atención más comunidad a sus pasajeros no tratarlos como si fueran alcancías canianantes y dar un servicio de primera sin mirar a otraa aerolíneas"
Desventajas: "Es una aerolínea que por sus precios no deja pasar nada de más si llevas un equipaje un poco grande te cobran demasiado y el servicio es regular no es que no atiendan bien si no que el servicio es regular"
Ventajas: "Excelente la atención de los empleados desde que uno hace el check in hasta en el vuelo, muy atentos. El avión ni se sintió cuando aterrizamos, el personal de la cabina muy profesional."
Desventajas: "Los asientos muy incómodos, deberian tener algo para uno entretenerse durante el vuelo y por lo menos deben de regalar un vaso de agua."
Ventajas: "Fue buen viaje y a tiempo"
Ventajas: "Me cobraron $90 por una maleta y me hicieron dejar la otra pequeña de rodós, duende esa la que supuestamente se lleva adentro"
Ventajas: "El vuelo era para las Díez de la mañana y lo retrazaron para las 8 pm"

Desventajas: "la tardanza pues estubimos en el aire muchisimo tiempo antes del aterrisaje. un vuelo de aproximadamente 2 horas duro 5-6 horas."
Desventajas: "No me gustó que no incluyen el carry on free en la compra de tu vuelo.y lo Cobran demasiado caro para ser una maleta de mano. Y el peso de las maletas es muy restringido."
Ventajas: "Personal regular"
Desventajas: "No comida"
Desventajas: "servicio pésimo cierran los vuelos 15 minutos antes"
Ventajas: "La at3ncion del personal en el aeropuerto y en el avion"
Desventajas: "Que no regalan comida en 3l avion jajajajjaja"
Ventajas: "Nada!"
Desventajas: "El vuelo se retraso 3 horas y perdimos la conexión. La primera hora fue porque no había llegado una azafata y las proximas dos debido al clima. Claro esta, si la azafata hubiese estado a tiempo no hubiésemos tenido el retraso del clima, porque empezó a nevar mas fuerte mas tarde. Nos acomodaron en un vuelo el día después y no nos dieron voucher para nada."
