El vuelo estuvo excelente. La gente de JAL es muy especial. La próxima vez volveré a volar con ellos.

When we arrived February 16th they stated we were "standby" after a debated discussion they found us some seats at the very back of the plane (not our selected seats). On our flight back they had us, my husband and I seating in separate sections on the plane (again not our selected seats) 6 rows away from each other. I will NOT recommend using Kayak in the future. There were also representatives waiting in various locations throughout the airport with signs to make sure we made our connecting flights. A rep even met me at my next departure gate to ensure that I had made it!"

The fruit was nearly frozen it was so cold. The entree had a few different things but still a weird combination of veggies."

They supply earbuds, socks, toothbrush and paste."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.
Una aerolinea con estandares de calidad y de servicio insuperables. Nos trataron muy bien desde que llegamos al Counter.
El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ability to choose kids' meal 24 hours before flight. we don't know the avail menu, hence we ordered on outbound only, unable to change afterwards."
Desventajas: "Me demoraron el abordaje por una batería que tenía en mi maleta facturada, 40 minutos antes de que salga vuelo, demorandome 25 minutos en atenderme para decirme que debo dejarla o declararla pero que no tengo tiempo de hacerlo o perdería el vuelo. Y ahí quedó mi batería. La comida más variada"

Desventajas: "Atención al cliente: en el tramo Doha-Nairobi pedí un cambio de asiento porque el compañero de fila estaba borracho (subió borracho y empezó consumir alcohol antes de despegar el vuelo), y me enviaron a un asiento incómodo, aún cuando cuando les dije que sufro de discapacidad en una pierna"
Ventajas: "The food was good. Supposed to be Halaal (Kosher) for the Muslim population who have dietary restrictions. The economy cabin was comfortable enough. The cabin crew was friendly and helpful. We had a very short connecting time (1 hour) at Doha. They put a ground staff to receive all the ten passengers who needed to make that connection."

Ventajas: "Our meals were luke warm at best while the bread was still semi frozen. Food quality has always been low on Qatar flights but this time was the absolute worst. I fly with Qatar for work everything 4 months and that's solely due to convenience."

This must happen to customers frequently because the wording is not clear. i was very upset and due to this i will NOT fly this airline again. i was charged the price of a first call flight in total for economy service. NOT GOOD"
