Desventajas: "Stopping the plane to fuel at another airport understandable. But then you ran out of food for purchase on the first flight (I was sitting in the back). Then connecting at LAX was horrible. Everyone had connecting flights. Off the plane onto a bus. then through customs then shuffled outside with no guidance from employees. Finally I found someone to ask bc 15-20 people were around me in the same boat. Where the f do we go we wondered. The employee was insanely rude. I’m attentive and I listen. he was saying pay attention I told you go right blah blah blah. He was literally standing there with his arm out pointing right and never said a word to anyone. So once we figured out to go outside and right we had a stressful ten minute wal hoping we were going the right way. We were! We get to tsa and have to go through screening again. Which is insane bc we just got off a plane. The tsa agent told us this happens everyday with a smerk. On top of her attitude, her and the two other lazy ladies on her line were painfully slow. The other two lines went at least twice as fast(no exaggeration!) made it to gate 66 to find it was changed without notice to 63. Made the flight by two minutes or less sweating from running around!"

Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Desventajas: "My nonstop flight was anything but. At the San Jose Airport I got one boarding pass, and yet was told the flight was not direct when I inquired to confirm. I did not like that I had to offload some of my belongings out of my checked luggage. This was especially inconvenient as I had to deplane in Guatamala and go through their customs and security procedure all to get on the same plane 3 not so easy to get to gates over. And me with a broken toe, you can see how this would be not fun especially because I did not have any boarding pass or other information even telling me what gate I should be boarding at. It was really a small miracle that another passenger found someone to ask and I overheard the gate #. Stressful."

Desventajas: "La compania que presta el servicio para ayudar a las personas en silla de ruedas, es pesimo. No tinen suficiente personal y una sola persona tiene que transportas cuatro y cinco personas al tiempo . Lo que implica ir corriendo a cada persona por pocos. Me tomo una hora y media para llegar a recoger las maletas. Hojala que pueden mejorar esto. Gracias."

Desventajas: "It was late and then I missed my connection, and an Avianca employee told me there was a later flight from LAX to PDX (at 11:45 on AlaskaAir) which I would be put on. However, once I arrived I was told I was on a 6 AM on Delta with no arrangement to get me a hotel or anything. I bought a separate ticket on that 11:45 flight on Alaska Air to PDX instead. Extremely unhappy with this service and will never again use it. I will also tell everyone in my social circles, in person and online, to stop using it."

Desventajas: "ON ticketing at New Orleans I wasn't allocated a seat number. At the gate shortly prior to boarding I needed to attend the desk for that allocation. I was also not told which Terminal the plane would go to in LAX and which terminal the connecting flight would be leaving from. They were not sure! Consequently I floundered around at LAX wasting time and bothering people for information that should have been known to me. The security checks are over the top and inconsistent in the US."

Desventajas: "We booked tickets to Costa Rica with Copa and they just changed our flights to two days later than the booking. They didn’t even bother to inform us of the change we only found out because we booked through Kayak and they let us know. Apparently Copa expects you to frequently check your booking just in case they’ve changed anything and don’t feel the need to inform their customers of any changes they make. Then we were told we could get a Copa voucher to use for other Copa flights for having to cancel our booking and rebook with another airline as a 48 hour change to our flight made flying with Copa not doable for us. But the website kept telling us we had a voucher that was sent to our email but despite repeated attempts it never came through. And spent hours trying to get through to someone on the phone to sort it out with no success ever getting through. My advice. NEVER EVER FLY WITH COPA."

Desventajas: "Difficult to navigate online payment for extra baggage. Inconsistency about carry on sizes We paid for extra leg room in an exit row and we're given a very brief safety talk while 2 others asked to sit in an exit row and were given no instructions"

Desventajas: "Very cramped. The guy in front of me reclined his seat and I could barely move."

Ventajas: "Sat in the 4row, the one right behind 1st class, had miles of leg room."

Ventajas: "The gal next to us was an employee of sun country and she was extremely nice! Also the front desk people were accommodating"

Desventajas: "I don't like hearing that Suncountry is going to be an airline that charges a fee for everything like Spirit airlines. I heard that this will begin as of January 1st. Suncountry is a great airline. Why would you change that? It's disappointing."

Ventajas: "Food, local micro beer selection , service. It was really great. They offered more than any other US carrier. Seats were slightly uncomfortable, but that could have been on any plane. Would love to fly them again."

Desventajas: "Plane left late due to "showers" at MSP, then at LAX we had to taxi from north side of airport to south side, further delaying us 15 minutes or more. Also, exit row seats did not recline even though agent had told me they did recline. None of us could sleep. Very uncomfortable!"

Desventajas: "No tv screens. They expected passengers to pay extra for entertainment tablets. Also no snacks provided. Just felt cheap."

Desventajas: "When checking in our luggage the woman asked several times how many bags and we responded several times 2.my self and my wife. My wife even held up her hand indicating she was checking her bag. The woman charged me the initial bag fee of 25.00 then charged me again for an additional bag at 35.00. That was wrong since there was 3of us flying."

Ventajas: "Clean plane, friendly staff, and comfortable seats"

Desventajas: "There were no reasonable meal for purchase options for a vegetarian. Meal for sale was a hamburger. Most of snack options were sold out. Snack options were not appealing for someone who is health conscious. Online check-in was inconsistently functional. There were 5 of us traveling together. Two were able to check in online after multiple attempts. Three were unable to check in online despite many attempts over ~18 hour period."

Ventajas: "Awesome prices. T,he gate crew was informative and helpful with the flight status and early check in procedures. Good food choices and variety, and prices weren't terribly out of line"
Desventajas: "Flight crew didn't give many updates for sights or geography, if at all. Seats are probably the smallest i've seen, the the middle seats don't recline at all which is uncomfortable."

Ventajas: "i honestly had never heard of your airline, but when i got stuck in Minniapolis do to the delta meltdown last week, i found a ticket home on sun,, your price was excellent and the service was fantastic in first class, Nice people great food great price considering i was in first class for less than any other airline in coach thanks Don Dokken CEO DokkenEnterprises inc"

Desventajas: "Three men in my row were 220 lbs. and more. Made for tight seating. The food and entertainmemt sections did not apply on my flight."

Ventajas: "Very easy flight. Very lovely crew. Very pleasant experience. I'd do it again. My excellent marks are based on the expense. There are more impressive first class offerings on other carriers, but for the price, these people are doing a terrific job."

Ventajas: "Jodi, the head flight attendant serving our cabin, was friendly, attentive, professional, and is a huge asset to Sun Country and their business model and mission. She promoted the highest customer service and said she'd been with Sun Country for over 20 years. Impressive! She took our flight from enjoyable to exceptional."

Ventajas: "Non-Stop to Liberia, Costa Rica! No more Delta flights through Atlanta for me! It was a fast 5 1/12 hr flight into Costa Rica. Overall Excellent experience with Sun Country to Costa Rica. The boarding was easy-no hassle- They were on time. Crew was mostly great and respectful. I was in coach-so can't speak for first class, but overall a great experience."
Desventajas: "Of course - have to pay for luggage now. But I was able to do all that online prior to going to the airport. Was hungry on the flight- had to buy $5 breakfast sandwich that wouldn't break them to give out. Similar to a Holiday Gas Station sandwich. It got me through. Lion's Tap burgers for purchase on the way home -not bad- again microwave gas station burger for $5. Better than a $10 salad in the airport. Don't they get people feel ripped off when charged more in the airport for the same thing cheaper outside the airport?? It's not highway robbery-its runway robbery. But all the airports and airlines do this. Not Sun Country exclusively. But hey- Sun Country-you could do this different!! Be the leader!!"

Desventajas: "I'm used to a meal on a flight of 3 hours or more. When booked it said 1 free bag. We were charged."

Ventajas: "I would like wifi on the plane!!! Southwest has free wifi and you can watch all kinds of tv programs...it's nice on a long flight!"

Ventajas: "Great service from the flight attendents. The seats had a lot of leg room. The price was excellent as well."

Ventajas: "This flight was very uncomfortable. The seat was extremely lumpy and I was unable to sit still. I kept trying different positions, but to no avail. The crew did not come around with as much water as my previous flight. This plane was older and did not have any entertainment, for a 5+ hour flight. Disappointing."

Ventajas: "Fast boarding and such a smooth flight. Ticket was so affordable!"

Ventajas: "Flight left and arrived on time, in this day and age that seems to be about all you can hope for (also our checked bag was not lost). When checking at the airport in my wife and I had our seats moved together in the exit row for free."
Desventajas: "For or flight to LA the plane was not at all full but when I tried to check in 23 hours ahead of time the only seats listed as available that were together were in upgrade area's ($15 a seat). We figured when arriving at the airport they could fix this for free but was definitely strange..."

Ventajas: "Very friendly and helpful customer service across the board - check in was a breeze, flight staff very attentive and cheerful, pilot was amiable and gave us a pretty smooth flight."
Desventajas: "The seats and rows are incredibly compacted - unless you're a small person you won't be able to move much at all. The aisles are the narrowest I've ever seen - if you sit on the aisle expect to be bumped repeatedly. There's also much less room under the aisle seats for putting bags/personal items."

Ventajas: "Very accommodating Wonderful staff Comfortable seating (exit row) Funny: Willy Wonka on the exit row instructions!"

Ventajas: "Good flight. Good crew. Would always prefer to fly Sun Country for LAX to MSP."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed due to a maintenance issue. Didn't mind that. Would rather be safe than sorry. As a traveler, I would have appreciated knowing what the maintenance issue was. When we landed, there was no place to pull in so we had to wait on the tarmac for a while after an already delayed flight. Not Sun Country's fault - that's just the reality of LAX."
