Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

Since next flight out was 9p, I decided to cancel my trip. I did investigate taking same flight tomorrow, Jul 13, and was told it was full and I would be standby."
Ventajas: "I made it safely in one piece and my luggage did too."
Desventajas: "There was very very little room in the seats. I have never been so cramped on a flight. My knees were hitting the back of the seat in front of me even before I tried to slouch down and take a nap. The seats were also very firm. My butt cheeks fell asleep multiple times so I had to shift in my seat but I couldn’t move very far because my knees were pinned."

Desventajas: "There were no individual monitors to watch movies or tv. The flight was late. The flight attendant didn’t serve us a drink because we were going to land in 35 minutes but we could have finished it by then ( this would have been our second drink it’s not like we were intoxicated). So just overall not as fun a flight experience as other airlines and would try to avoid again in the future."

Ventajas: "Price of ticket. Friendliness of crew. Check in woman waived my baggage fee. Like using the less crowded Terminal 2 in Minneapolis."
Desventajas: "Continuous error message when trying to check in for lower baggage fee. No snacks, except those for purchase."
Ventajas: "Seats were fine, had a decent single serving friend."
Desventajas: "Delayed for an hour with no real apologies. Extremely rough landing not even at the gate, had to get herded onto busses to take a 20 minute bus ride to get to the terminal and got no explanation as to why it happened or what was going on."
Desventajas: "Cramped. Very cramped. No entertainment or free food."
Ventajas: "The flight attendants were kind, the flights went well. The price was pretty good."
Desventajas: "I was disappointed that the price only dropped since we purchased our tickets. Usually they get more expensive as you get closer to the flight date. Also, I didn't know when I booked that there were fees to check luggage - that's why I specifically chose Sun Country over Spirit. I also was led to believe that I had to pay for a preferred seat online, when they hold free seats to be assigned at the airport."
Ventajas: "All the other attendants."
Desventajas: "The male attendant. I got sick in flight, sitting in row 8 I went to the front of the plane to use the restroom and he wanted to make me go to the back of the flight. Had I not challenged him when I asked if there was a restroom up front his response was "there is one in the back" I would of thrown up all over on the way to the back. Only when I asked him again and then told him I was sick did he then not argue. Stupid."
Ventajas: "The plane was nearly empty, so I had a whole row to myself. It was the best."
Ventajas: "The pilots were giving good updates during the flight."
Desventajas: "The flight attendants were in a hurry and the little TV screens weren't on board to be rented."
Ventajas: "There was a lot of space on my flight, the flight attendants were extremely nice, and the flight wasn't rough at all. This was one of my best flights in a long time."

La verdad el espacio entre asientos es el peor que he tenido, la calidad de los asientes tambien, el peor viajes sin dudas. No volvere a usar Frontier.
Desventajas: "me dejaron en cancun y estaba en la fila y cerraron y no dejaron abordar tube que comprar otro boleto en spirit y sali hoy de cancun a dallas 😡"

Desventajas: "Eramos una familia de 3 con niña de 8 años y nos dieron hacientos separados tuvimos que intercambiar con los demas viajeros para poder acomodarnos. No es la primer vez que esto pasa con frontier."
