Ventajas: "Crew service was amazing - so diligent and courteous. They were incredibly well trained and I would rate their service level as being one of the most competitive within business class in Asia."
Desventajas: "Seats were reasonably comfortable but not as spacious in design as in other business class cabins, so that could be a concern for some travelers. Also, I was not able to convert the main menu of the entertainment system to my preferred language so it was a bit difficult to navigate (that being said, they provided a card that guided me, so it was still usable, and the entertainment selection was good!)."

We're grateful to the entire staff at JAL for saving us a lot of time and money!"

Ventajas: "The fact that everything is included with the flight makes it very easy to fly with JAL. The staff was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The agent tried her best to get me a window or aisle seat but was unable to. That didn't matter though. Airlines in the US should learn from them and treat their customers the same way."

Ventajas: "The configuration of 787-900 Busn. Class was very good. However need to age Chivas Regal to 18 years like KAL, not ordinary 12 years. Flight attendants were exceptionally efficient, professional, courteous, and outstanding ambassadors for ANA and Japan itself. In the US Marine Corps we would say "Ooo Rah". I may heed to check out your milage club and stop using various carriers for my trans Pacific flights. Thank you very much ANA."

There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

Todo estuvo mal. Cancelaron el vuelo a Puebla, cambiamos el vuelo a Cd de Mex y ya en el Avión nos bajaron por qué no había piloto, ademas ya para salir después de la demora no teníamos designado pista. Pedimos asientos buenos ya que teníamos plus y nos dieron los que no se inclinan!!!!
