I don’t think I’d chose to fly qantas if I had the choice... boarding is weird, almost half the plane has “priority” boarding and they board everyone together so there’s honestly no perk to being a premium airline member"

Desventajas: "My remote in my arm rest (58D) was a bit broken. While it still worked, the flap was missing some screws to hold it in place. Also, the touch screen oftentimes had issues sensing my finger on the pause button. Overall it did not hinder me from enjoying the entertainment services provided."
Ventajas: "Crew member Alex in the Economy main cabin was wonderful. He tried to memorise as many passenger names as he could as they boarded, and clearly has an amazing capacity to do so. His attitude -- that doing this is worthwhile -- is unusual and highly commendable. He immediately put people at ease. He was attentive, helpful, and very pleasant to all passengers throughout the very long journey. He was a remarkable crew member, turning a journey I had dreaded into one that was memorable."

The snacks kept coming and the meals were delicious! We’re were treated so nicely, I hope to always travel on Qantas to visit my grandkids. My last United flight wasn’t even close to being comparable. In fact, I dreaded the thought of the long flight but Qantas has changed my view and now I have NO reservations when contemplating future visits."
Desventajas: "My husband is a lacto ova vegetarian. If I checked that, then he wouldn’t have been able to pre-order the delicious vegetarian bechamel lasagne. He would’ve received a meal specifically designed for him. Best way to order next time in order to get the pre-ordered dinner/lunch and then the lacto ova for the breakfast?"
Ventajas: "Great choice of entertainment. Served good food often with nice menu selection. Seats a bit tight as with all airlines. Fruit was fabulous and fresh - there were none left when I requested mine, but the flight attendant said there may be some left from other servers. Within a few minutes, she did bring one which I was thankful as I didn’t care for the other selection."

Desventajas: "We had requested a wheelchair for my mum on her flight from SFO to Perth. But on arrival in Sydney, she was not offered a wheelchair. We had checked with a quanta staff while getting our boarding pass about the wheelchair and she said they will be providing her with it. So disappionted. How will I be able to trust quantas again while booking tickets for aged/sick people?"

Desventajas: "Was seated in the center section and after getting settled and buckled in I kept smelling vomit and realized the seatbelt had dried vomit all over it. I couldn't get the flight attendant to help and finally got their attention and was told they couldn't do anything until after we were in the air. I was moved away from my family to another center seat. The flight had many open seats and we should have been kept together."

Desventajas: "What I don't like is what is true of all airlines now and that is that if you are born with long legs you are penalized and expected to pay more money than people with short legs - that is prejudice and not fair to people that cannot do anything about it. I understand charging obese people extra because they have a chance to change it. Also, seats are too narrow now!!!"
Desventajas: "the plane was small, old, not comfortable and not remotely up to the standards that we expect from Qantas or the A380s we typically get from CA to SYD. If I book Qantas - I expect a certain level of service - otherwise, I would save the money and just go with the cheapest airline."
Ventajas: "Qantus flights were great, really appretiated the extra care they took in ensuring we made our connecting flights after delays and then compensated us for American Airlines stuff up with our luggage."
Ventajas: "Despite the fact that there was a nearly 9 hour delay in Sydney, Qantas handled it as best they could. I received three $15 meal vouchers to use in the airport. And, since I missed my connecting flight, Qantas booked a hotel for me, free shuttle service to the hotel from the airport and rebooked me on the earliest connecting flight. I was of course inconvenient for this to happen but it was handled well."
Ventajas: "The overall fought was great. The crew was amazing, especially since they had been up since at least midnight to get everything ready for us. They were cheerful and extremely kind."
Desventajas: "The only reason the food is not ranked lower is the great wrap we had when we boarded. But, the breakfast was just awful. To be fair, I have never had breakfast on a plane that I have enjoyed. But, word to the wise, skip the eggs and always go for the fruit!"

Muy mal personal
Seria excelente q llegaran las maletas q uno pagó y documentó!! Inaceptable su servicio y excusas, ahora resulta q era gasolina o maletas PESIMO
Podrían mejorar la conexión internet que no hubo. Pero los asientos estaban c[modos y el personal amable.
Puede mejorar la comida principal
En los dos vuelos que reserve los dos vuelos de conexión los perdí, por culpa del retraso de la aerolínea, solo en una me pagaron hospedaje y alimentación en el otro yo tuve que pagar mi hospedaje y alimentación que por cierto estaba terrible la comida del hotel. Además de que el personal de air Canadá en el aeropuerto de Toronto fue muy déspota y grosero. Mi experiencia es mala con esta aerolínea y en lo futuro evitaré viajar por ella. Gracias.

Desventajas: "El embarque muy lento y desorganizado, el personal para chequear tu vuelo en shanghai demasiado incompetente, es la tercera vez que voy a shanghai y a la hora de salir siempre les aparece a ellos un error en su sistema, todo eso despues de haber pasado la aduana... algo que deberian haber corregido, con mi visado y pasaporte en orden, yo comprendo que la temperatura del avion debe ser baja ...pero en estos vuelos se les va la mano hace muchisimo frio en esos aviones para un viaje de casi 14 horas, termino siempre enfermandome y con gripe a causa de esas largas horas de frio constante ...deberian mejorar y comprar nuevos aviones con mas espacio para esos viajes tan largos, porque los que he cogido hasta ahora estan un poco incómodos...ojalá mejoren, aunque se que estoy lejos de la realidad pero igual se los dejo dijo."

Desventajas: "Desde el abordaje hasta la llegada, todo es complicado, no dan información, absolutamente todos los vuelos que he tenidocon ellos se retrasan, los uso no por elección personal, sino por una situación agena a mi control, cada vez espero que no pase lo mismo que en el vuelo anterior y cada vez se superan (para mal)"
