Desventajas: "Flight was delayed by nearly 4 hours due to a cargo loading issue in Mombasa. Communication from Ethiopian Airlines staff regarding the issue & delay was very poor. Passengers were becoming very anxious and tense regarding the flight, if it would depart, and the safety of the plane. Improved communication from the Ethiopian Airline staff would have gone a long way to calming the situation and reassuring passengers."
Desventajas: "It took 45 minutes for a flight attendant to respond to my call despite me calling dor assistance every 10 min. I had an issue with my tv screen and was not able to use the in flight entertainment I am very dissatisfied with such poor care and professionalism from your staff. This was something that should not have taken 45 min to get solved and even worse despite the call light being on multiple flight attendants walked by and did not even bother to question why the call light was on"

Desventajas: "I purchased this ticket as ONE ticket--Ethiopian Air to Dubai, and then flydubai to Amman. Ethiopian Air wouldn't check my luggage to my final destination, so in Dubai, for a 3 hour layover, I had to go through immigration, exchange money, and take a taxi for 30 minutes through rush-hour traffic to a different terminal. That is ridiculous. Don't sell it as one ticket if the two airlines won't cooperate together."

Desventajas: "La comida de vuelta (beef) malo, todo tendones, debería haber vuelto a pedir pollo. Problemas de recursos aduaneros en Inmigración y obviamente un retraso de salida considerable. Sería recomendable que te avisaran al llegar a Zanzibar que es recomendable al salir de Zanzibar llegar con mínimo 3h de antelación para evitar estrés."

Desventajas: "The flight schedule was changed and despite contacting Ethiopian multiple times, they did not comprehend the problem. I was scheduled from Dar to Blantyre to Lilongwe then to Blantyre AGAIN, my obvious final destination. Luckily the crew at Malawian Airlines allowed me off the plane early and edited my booking for the return journey efficiently and easily."

Desventajas: "The plane looked pretty worn down. There was not a lot of Soap in the bathroom, which is a no-go for an international flight."
Desventajas: "Ethiopian Air almost did not let me on the flight because I didn't have a return ticket through Ethiopian Air. Almost missed my flight, and was forced to purchase a return flight just so that I could make my flight. According to them, passport control would not let me into Cape Town without it, but customs never once asked for my return flight information."
Desventajas: "Addis airport is a disaster, Really long queues and badly organised, Our flight left 20 minutes late and in turn made our landing 1 hour later. The flight attendants on Ethiopian air are very lazy, they dont respond to the service button been pushed, and their English is not that good,"
