Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

I was informed a plane was not a bus that I could hop on anytime I liked. When I protested that I had a confirmed reservation I was calmly told. “We canceled it because we didn’t expect you to make it.”"

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Desventajas: "Limit the recline on seats to less of an angle in economy."

Ventajas: "The legroom my seat had - It was near the exit and didn't have a seat in front of it. The flight was only half full which meant room for everyone to spread out."
Desventajas: "There was hardly any service. The flight left at 9:30pm. We were served dinner an hour later and given a bottled water. Then we never saw any of the attendants until 10 hours later. I had to hunt someone down in order to get some more water."
Ventajas: "Not a lot to like. Some flight attendants were nice. Others not so much."
Desventajas: "Filthy toilets at the beginning of the flight. If they were ever cleaned they didn’t get behind the toilet or the walls. The walls stained with something dripping. Paint peeling in toilet. No room at all. I am small and with seat in front pushed back I couldn’t move."

Ventajas: "Such amazing service and hospitality on our flight from Jozi to Sydney. Old school 747 looking top class. Cabin crew on point. Simply an amazing experience. Best international flight I’ve been on in years."

Desventajas: "The flight was canceled, after 5 hours of waiting for updates. So we are still stuck in Sydney."
Ventajas: "Fine, but completely unmemorable."
Ventajas: "Liked the food, flight attendants, entertainment and overall comfort even though it's just economy. You just have to come prepared with what you need to stay entertained and comfortable ie snacks, comfortable clothes and shoes, jacket or sweater, pillow, headphones, music. Better of you can bring your own headphones that use bluetooth and headphone jack cable."
Desventajas: "Boarding process is chaotic at best and starts 20 minutes before take off. It works but it's very chaotic for economy passengers. I am sure it's much easier and nicer for premium economy and business select and first class passengers so you get what you pay for lol."
Desventajas: "I’m not sure whose fault it was but we arrived late in Brisbane which caused multiple flyers and myself to miss our flight to Perth. There was no one at the Brisbane airport that attempted to help us solve this problem. No one ushered us through long lines or anything and just told use that, ‘oh well, you’re just going to miss your flight.’ Highly disappointed and in similar circumstances at other airports and with different airlines, I have had much better experiences."
Desventajas: "Seats too cramped and very difficult to get in and out of when the seats in front recline.” Dreadful mid flight snack."

Ventajas: "Checking in was quick, fast through security, very enjoyable visit to the Qantas Lounge and off to board. Boarding was fast, the service was pleasant and the flight right on time."
Desventajas: "If I must be critical the onboard screens are a bit difficult to control. But fine for a short flight."

Desventajas: "Only wish they had WiFi on the plane."

I couldn't get the flight attendant to help and finally got their attention and was told they couldn't do anything until after we were in the air. I was moved away from my family to another center seat. The flight had many open seats and we should have been kept together."

Tahiti Nui Was great we did some business class, I don’t know how the regular seats were. LAX is horrible. I wish Tahiti Nui flew through San Diego

Ventajas: "Faa’A International Airport is NOT air conditioned and there can be long lines in the check-in counter for economy class. If you are flying Business Class, the VIP Lounge is a must. It is the only air conditioned room at the airport."

Differently from other airline I've used to do this trip they don't go and offer water during the flight. You can go to get some drinks yourself of course but this is not always easy when your neighbor is sleeping."

Desventajas: "Seats are too small/narrow with little leg room for a 6' person. I was seated in 45A, the last row against the window. The seat backs do not recline yet, the seats in front of us so so, we end up with the guy ahead of my in my lap with zero leg room as my knees were pressed down by the reclined passenger in front of me. Very uncomfortable to not be able to move for 8 hours!!!!"

There were a lot of empty spaces but when we were assigned seats, we were not asked if we would like a place to stretch out (which we would have!)"

When I asked about a vegetarian option I was curtly asked if I ordered one. When I attempted to explain that I didn't know food would be served the flight attendant just shook his head and walked away."
