Desventajas: "My flight was cancel,then they transfer me to swees airlines they checked me in they took my luggage and then they told me I can't travel coz I can't make 2 stops inside the Europe. I have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to fine my bags . I went back and forth from terminal 1 and 4 many times.The changed my flight to turkey airlines and I wait 9 more hours at airport to check in again. Terrible experience ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️"

Desventajas: "We had to stand around for a long time waiting for a bus to take us to the plane. The bus was horribly crowded. Then we arrived at the plane and had to walk up the stairs to get on. There was no food served---just a cracker and some juice or water. After we arrived in Paris we waited a long time for the baggage to arrive."

Desventajas: "The ground crew harassed us for bringing our instruments on board. We fly with instruments for our work and this was the first time we were forced to check certain items and were detained for a period of time so that the ground crew could check with their superiors."

Desventajas: "This is for Kayak's app- Usually I get a special meal request through the agent, but could not do it on Kayak's app, and Lufthansa and Austrian did not recognize my booking code from the ticket purchase confirmation email to do it on their website directly. Please look into both issues. This is for my whole trip and not the above mentioned destination."

Desventajas: "I could not pay for check-in baggages when I bough 4 tickets for 4 passengers. So I called the airline customer service, and they told me that the first check-in baggage is free. However, when we boarded the airplane on 9/5/2016, we were charged 30 Euros for each bag, a total of 120 Euros for 4 checked in bags of 4 passengers. This is unfair, and I would like it to be corrected if possible. Thanks."

Desventajas: "My row was bypassed a couple of times for food/beverage service even though we were wide awake and looking expectantly at the flight attendant. Sometimes she asked me if I wanted a drink or something and as I was answering she looked away and moved on. I couldn't believe it. Then after pressing the service button and waiting a long time for her to return, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience."

Siguen pidiendo mascarilla durante el vuelo. Ya nadie pide. Es muy insoportable estar 15 hs usándola
Nos obligaron a facturar y pagar 50€ por una maleta cuando la Ida de Madrid- Frankfurt nos la perdieron y rompieron, las personas que nos atendió no nos gustó el trato

Ventajas: "La tripulación era genial. Se me perdió un artefacto y uno de los sobrecargos hizo lo imposible por ayudarme...y lo encontramos. Siempre estaré agradecida! Ofrecían botellas de agua a menudo. Muy bien"

El servicio lo dió otra aerolínea pequeña, asociada a Lufthansa y nunca nos dijeron, buscamos el vuelo en pantallas por Lufthansa y nunca se anunció que era por la otra línea casi perdemos ese vuelo por cero atención o información"

Desventajas: "United no tiene procesos y. nos tuvieron con el Vuelo atrasado. Cambiando puertas y el avión lo cambiaron. Luego el Siguiente nos regredaron a media hora de vuelo. Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Ventajas: "Me gustó que es una aerolínea que pone atención a los detalles, que trata a sus pasajeros con mucho respeto sin importar su procedencia. Por lo tanto es una aerolínea en la que se puede confiar. El personal siempre es muy amable y presto a colaborar."

Ventajas: "Tuvimos que esperar para subir al avión y llegamos con un poco de retraso pero en general bien"
Ventajas: "Tomando en cuenta que tenia conexión de 55 minutos del vuelo de Munich sobró el tiempo por la eficiencia del aeropuerto de Munich. En el embarque no hay contacto con personal por ser automatizado que acelera el trámite evitando posibles retrasos, intervienen para solucionar problemas. El vuelo operó en horario."
Desventajas: "La recogida del equipaje en Madrid tardó más de 30 minutos desde que llegamos a la cinta hasta que aparecieron las primeras maletas"

Desventajas: "El vuelo se retrasó en su salida por el clima. Íbamos a perder nuestra conexión y el personal de tierra en Tegel no nos facilitó la llegada a Frankfurt así que perdimos la conexión"

Desventajas: "El servicio de lufthansa horrible. Siendo business se les acabo la comida que habíamos pedido. Pasaban de nosotros, solo hacían caso a los alemanes. Me tiraron encima un vaso con bolsa de té, manchandome la camiseta. Parece que les hizo gracia porque se estaban riendo. Dijeron que me traerían algo para limpiar y desaparecieron. Nunca más."
