Desventajas: "I didn't realized we were on a code share flight from Seoul to Hanoi until we got to check in counter and they couldn't issue boarding pass even though it was a through check in for till Hanoi. In our booking itinerary it was printed as Korean air with a small print that said operated by jinair. It wasn't so bad but the hassle of going to another terminal to board and being in a smaller aircraft after a long flight wasn't the best."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Ventajas: "We had requested wheelchair assistance. And the way helper was assisting us its not professional services. Which Qatar Airways promissi g to us."
Desventajas: "Helper was literally dragging two whelchairs at a one time. Means two passengers sitting on two different whelchair was pulled by one helper. I actually want to share video with airline so they will understand what they are promissing and what they are providing to their customers."
Ventajas: "Being able to ear what you want and when you want it made my flight so much more enjoyable. You can ask for anything on the menu and the flight attendants are so attentive."
Desventajas: "Boarding in Qatar was a bit disorganised."

El servicio pésimo,el vuelo se retrasó como 5 horas y es muy injusto el trato de la tripulación
