Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

It is the only airline that does not provide individual screens, the seats barely recline and the air quality on board on board lives a lot to be desired as the plane odor is just not good."

Excellent food, legroom, inflight entertainment (going out my row of seats - well, nobody could get any entertainment access) all was very good. Loved the newspaper choice when leaving Gatwick. I would definitely recommend again."

Desventajas: "Passenger seating next to me (I was sitting in an aisle on a 3-seat row, economy plus) kept on leaning towards me all the time. I had to "create" of sort of barrier between the two of us with a couple of pillows. A lady sitting in the row in front of me - a 50-something y/o woman with husband and 3 kids keep on reclining her seat to the point that I was barely a couple of inches from the top of her head, even as I was eating. I had to forcefully push back ti get some room."

Desventajas: "I was absolutely aghast at the trash left all over the floor by the passengers. Staff would just walk right over the garbage. Have to blame it on the passengers - it's a different culture no doubt."

Desventajas: "We boarded the flight without problem but when we got on the plane a man was in one of our seats. He refused to leave the seat that was ours and the crew seemed scared and said okay sir and told us to give up our window seat and now sit in the middle. Clearly a downgrade! The flight crew seemed as if they were scared to enforce the rules and that they didn't want to bother the man. This did not make us feel comfortable on the flight or have faith in the crew."

I had to exit then return to the show, which restarted where I paused it, but it was annoying. It also would have been nice to have a solitaire card game to play online.
