Ventajas: "On a 7 hour flight you want comfort. It was so smooth and easy. Watched movies, read, just relaxed. I've flown with Aer lingus before and it was just as amazing. I will ALWAYS use Are Lingus when I fly to the UK or Ireland and Shannon is a Gem of an airport. Most amazing airport I have ever been to!"

There was a large chatty group of people that were milling around, standing in aisle, talking loudly for much of the flight. I understand that there is only so much the crew could do about that."

Seat were unbelievably small and had to walk to ends of earth for both the gate in Dulles and Dublin. No free food or drink on Dublin madrid sector but thankfully not full so I could stretch out. New planes on both sectors."

On top of that they forgot to add the tags for Rome on our luggage so they got stuck in a connecting flight in Chicago. When we asked the supervisor to tell the people in luggage claim to forward our luggage to Rome when we were in Chicago (because of course the connecting flight only gave us 40 minutes to get to our flight to Rome so we didn't have enoughtrime to check our bags a second time), he said no. What would it have killed the guy to make a simple phone call? The alternative was to wait a day or two to see if maybe we could catch another flight to Rome with our luggage. I've never made a complaint before and I've never really made review because I don't it really accomplishes anything and I'm sure the idiots at American Airlines will never see or care about this, but I was extremely disappointed. They didn't get any empathy from your employees not even an im sorry, and I get that this job is hard but I have the same job too and I suck it up and still try to empathize with my customers. Oh well... it is what it is. The Airlines can do whatever they want."
Ventajas: "The flight attendants were friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to preorder better meals. Good selection of in-air movies. Sitting anywhere for almost 7 hours is no fun but it could have been much worse."

Desventajas: "Added 12 hours to my trip and had to rebook on another airline for the second leg. The crew was unapologetic after sitting on the tarmac for three hours. Terrible airline"
Desventajas: "You can't get a seat assignment until you check in at the airport. I ended up in the very back row, right in front of the galley for a 7 hour flight. No sleep for me."

While I still had tons of questions of my options (and was calm and polite!), they hung up on me. I ended up not even going on my flight and note being able to cancel my flight. Ridiculous, rude, and plain unpleasant. I will never take this airline again."
