Love their metal cutlery instead of plastic ones. It's not only better to eat with them but also better for environment."

Seeing there were only middle seats available, the person at the check-in counter gave me the option of an exit row seat with lots of leg room. Slippers, toothbrush, blankets and pillows for everyone, nice meals with Korean and Western options. Wine with dinner. Two checked bag allowance included for American bound flights. The service held up to its reputation as excellent, and the flight attendants are friendly and helpful."

Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next."
Desventajas: "The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey."

Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Desventajas: "Many movies were still the same as six weeks ago when I took the same flight."
Ventajas: "Extremely well organized...very inpressive.From the check-in desk to the boarding crew."

Desventajas: "Overall it's a great trip and smooth. The seat of economy class is a little bit tight, but that's probably the standard size of all carriers..."

Desventajas: "The flight came in late. Its not normal. The crew did not care much and where not nice normal.. They need a fresh look at where they are going."
Desventajas: "My seat table was broken and couldn't really eat my food without spilling and how people take forever to get off plane and staff doesn't regulate it should definitely make people who have multiple carry Ima wait until people leave to grab alll their stuff from cabin"

Desventajas: "A bit scary on the landing. Something, maybe the tires, screeched something wicked."
Ventajas: "I loved the entertainment and seats!"
Desventajas: "Staff was polite but a bit cold. Good food but not much variety. No non meat option."
Ventajas: "Speed of checking in process"
Desventajas: "Only fed us twice during the 15 hour trip. I wasn't the only one who was hungry almost 9 hours after the first meal was served. Other Chinese airlines I've been on fed their passengers 3 times."
Ventajas: "i like their food."
Ventajas: "Service was great! Plane amenities were also great for economy."
Desventajas: "Food could have been better. The beef with rice tasted weird."
Ventajas: "The service was great. But they didn't really cater much to vegetarians."
Ventajas: "The crew was attentive and helpful! Good was served three times over this incredibly long flight. It wasn't horrible or delicious as it is airplane food."
Desventajas: "Wish the seats were more comfortable."
Ventajas: "Entertainment was excellent and crew very friendly and helpful."
Desventajas: "It was August and they did not have ac blowing during 14 of the 16 hour flight. So warm I couldn't sleep. The other two hours the ac was too high making it cold...I actually liked that but the woman next to me didn't."
Ventajas: "Good selection of movies, staff was friendly. Seats were okay, fairly spacious. It was nice that they gave everyone both a blanket and a pillow."
Desventajas: "Food was extremely salty and the selection was terrible. I was given the same pasta for two meals (first time I had a choice, second time only pasta again). Even the same type of pasta but the second time there was some chicken in it too. It was gross."
Ventajas: "Comfort, space, movies"
Ventajas: "Full range of movies. Lights down much of the flight for sleeping."
Desventajas: "They don't offer the long flight supply bad with eye mask, ear plugs, tooth brush etc. They don't come around often enough with water or drinks."

Ventajas: "Service of the staff. Not as attentive as I would have liked, but definitely wasn't horrible."
Desventajas: "Selection of entertainment was poor, comfort was horrible (may be my own fault as i'm tall, but i don't recall getting an option to pick a seat prior), and boarding could have been better."
Ventajas: "Aircraft wasn't crowded and the staff were great"
Desventajas: "Las películas están en chino e inglés. Algunos en francés, Italiano o Alemán. Con la cantidad de castellano parlantes que hay en el mundo no entiendo que no haya películas en castellano."
Ventajas: "Crew and staff were all very responsive and proactive in providing assistance, seed genuinely eager to help. Boarding was fine, and a representative of the airline took initiative to form a preliminary queue at the terminal departure counter despite the airline not having an all-day dedicated counter."
Desventajas: "While its 4-seat layout was better than some anes' 5 seats in the middle column, the seating was, of course, cramped, and I did not have enough space under the seat in front of me to stow my backpack. I also wish Kayak had included easy means to select seats and special meal options. Apparently to do so requires visiting the airline's own webpage."
Desventajas: "Check in online process and meal selrction"
Ventajas: "My flight to Taipei was a positive experience. Premium economy was quite an act of kindness to oneself. The seats were roomy and comfortable. Noise canceling headphones are worth the weight in gold. I would recommend the seat as worth the extra money."
Desventajas: "The food actually was surprisingly poor. The congee simply didn't deserve the title. Sludge perhaps would better suit it. The next meal was much better with the shrimp salad."
