Un gran servicio. Debes estar atento en todo momento porque no hay avisos pero de ahí en más todo increíble.

El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

I would like the Gold members to go first with either a bus of their own to at least with part of the bus reserved and we are allowed first on the plane."

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Ventajas: "As always, BA did an excellent job with my evening flight from JFK to LHR. They were prompt, efficient and very helpful and although my flight was quite full, we left on time and had no issues in the air. I was very pleased with their service and especially as I paid such a low fare through Finn Air, I can't complain. This was a great option to utilise, rather than paying BA's more expensive fares. I would definitely go through this way again."

Desventajas: "Was not Finnair but American Airlines operated flight, so cramped, no personal entertainment system, sub charger, etc. Would have been great if this was 1996 and not 2016."
Desventajas: "Boarding was delayed, flight crew was not very friendly, plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. In flight entertainment was not working for me and many other passengers. Food was very bland and took long to be served. Service and flight in general fell very very short of what I expected."

Desventajas: "no food on the first flight no private tv they tell you can have wi fi entertainment but you have to pay for it the staff was rude tell also told me my cary on luggage could not be taken on board because there was no more space so i had to cary all my things for two flights but once i came in into the plane there was plenty of space. the seats had a very low head rest"
Ventajas: "Great flight. Check in had to be done manually but the agents were plentiful and it was quick and easy. Great movie selection on the flight and the chicken and rice tasted great as well. Would recommend this airline."

Todo excelente y servicio de primera.
Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.

Ventajas: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."

Desventajas: "The flight from EWR to Oslo was delayed by over 2 hours which meant I would miss my next connection... and I understand that happens sometimes. But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."

Desventajas: "I wasn't able to take this flight due to my first leg being cancelled. However, I did end up being placed on the SAS flight to Stockholm from Chicago, which was an overall nice flight. The only thing I didn't like was the timing of the flight. Because my starting point was from somewhere other than Chicago, this made for a very long and tiring trip. I wouldn't recommend this flight for people flying from places other than Chicago."
