Ventajas: "Slight weather delay, no problem. We were assigned to seats with additional leg room that we didn't pay for, that was a nice & unexpected upgrade."
Desventajas: "I was a bit annoyed that my TSA Precheck was not included on my return ticket although I purchased the RT tickets through my Allegiant account that has all of that on my profile information. Feel like this should automatically have been added when tickets were purchased."
Desventajas: "They would not refund the charge for a carry on I made in error. I did not have a carry on. Would not give me info as to where I could take my complaint so I guess I took it here. The guy at the desk was HORRIBLE"
Ventajas: "Crew was good, quite friendly and helpful. Seats are a bit uncomfortable but what airline isn't."
Desventajas: "Both flights of this trip were delayed over an hour with no explanation. Major impact was my transportation arrangements on the return were impacted and forced a rental expense."

Desventajas: "I cancelled this flight and somehow it doesn’t show in your records and now I cant find the cancellation.. I am not in Orlando.. last time I will use Kayak."

Desventajas: "flight delayed 3 times didn’t leave until 11pm 3 hours late last delay because pilot was late. didn’t get home until 3am."
Desventajas: "5 delays between for a 4:27PM flight that eventually took off at 3:15am. My biggest issue is the unrealistic delay that could have left us in the airport for 11+ hours. Very thankful that they did allow me to change departure locations to another airport at no charge. That flight went well, even arrived early."
Ventajas: "Quick and very smooth flight, amazing flight attendants."
Desventajas: "Wish at least one drink/soda was free. Boarding line was so slow."
Ventajas: "Even though the flight was delayed by more than 2 hours, we were able to make it home."
Desventajas: "Started with constant delays. Flight ended up leaving around 8:30 when the flight was supposed to leave at 5:59. Once boarded there were no snacks, no liquor and only a few options to drink. The flight attendant was mumbling and kept on messing up what he was supposed to say the entire flight."
Ventajas: "Like the newer plane. The crew was nice."
Desventajas: "I purchased 2 bulk head seats for more leg room and because they changed the plane, my seats were no longer in the bulk head. We didn't have extra leg room and I would like a refund for the price I paid to upgrade my seats. It is impossible to get service on the phone, since even the customer service number the flight attentendant gave me, still put me on an unbearable hold time. Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."
Ventajas: "Passengers were fun"
Desventajas: "Need entertainment"
Ventajas: "Crew likes to have fun with their passengers -- making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. It's a budget airline so you have to pay for things like refreshments and snacks (also, carryons and if you want you boarding pass printed at the airport) -- but don't let that sway you! All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."
Ventajas: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"
Ventajas: "The price."
Desventajas: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."
Ventajas: "Wow, what an awesome flight , crew, price, and nice airport. Doing to try this again next time."
Desventajas: "Took forever to get the bags but hey , it is Christmas !"

Desventajas: "Bought flight insurance. Had to cancel within one week due to mom's health issues. Could not get a refund without her Dr.'s signature, which was impossible for me to do. Therefore....lost 145.....down the drain....."
Ventajas: "The view through a milkey-filmed window."
Desventajas: "Airplane would have been nicer and lighter if the 4 attendants would have cleaned it."
Ventajas: "Last week I flew to Florida on this airline. I quickly wrote a stellar review because the flight crew was sincere, nice and kind. Apparently, that is against policy and on this flight there was no hint of that nice attitude. No frills, no courtesy, just transportation."
Ventajas: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."
Desventajas: "No wifi"

Ventajas: "Crew was great and handled the delay well. Definitely worth the 6 bucks each way to get the seats with additional leg room."
Desventajas: "This the 2nd time I've flown from Punta Gorda to Indy in the last month and both times the departures were delayed because of mechanical issues. No vouchers offered + no free anything offered = Bad customer service model. This airline also charges for carry-ons."
Desventajas: "Not recliner seats"
Ventajas: "It's like taking the public bus during rush hour. Organized chaos. But I guess you literally get what you pay for so, yeah. The crew was awesome though. No qualms there."
Desventajas: "Disorganized boarding. Even the extra room seats are cramped. Bathrooms are a step up from a porta potty. DO NOT SIT NEAR THEM unless you plan on holding your breath the while flight."
Ventajas: "Reasonable price for non-stop flight. Staff very helpful and personable."
Desventajas: "Late, which seems to happen alot with this airline. Have to pay extra for many thngs: selecting seat, carry on bag, snacks, drinks."

Desventajas: "Takeoff was delayed by 2 hours. When we arrived in Rapid City, we were stuck in the taxiway for more than half an hour before we could get to our gate."
