El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Many people 'cut' in line. It wasn't until someone yelled at them about the problem that they started to honor the line. Unfortunately that was five hours in to the wait!"

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

Desventajas: "Aer lingus uses double prong headphones which dates the whole experience earphones are uncomfortable and volume is bad. You have to pay for booze in economy for international flight, seats aren’t that comfortable but the selection of movies and tv is good. I will probably look elsewhere next time"
Ventajas: "Plane was 1/2 full and I moved to empty row to stetch out and sleep. Quite comfy. Excellent music selection at least for classical."
Desventajas: "Poor water service. Attendents came around twice on 8 hour flight offering a small plastic glass of water. Should have brought my own."
Desventajas: "Supposed to leave Boston at 9:30 pm, instead 1:30 am. It was said they knew this the day before and sent emails to passengers. No one who I spoke to, including myself, got one. Aer Lingus hired another carrier to do this flight—plane, crew —no Aer Lingus personnel. Everyone was nice, but. Had made arrangement for early morning checkin. Got to the hotel SO late that they waved a fee and had our room ready. Was going to sightsee the first afternoon—basically lost a day of seeing Dublin."

Ventajas: "Liked the logistics from the European side for connecting flights, the airplane, crew, and entertainment."
Ventajas: "I loved that they had blankets and pillows available, and the seats overall were comfortable. I also loved the in seat screens so we could watch movies. The select was a little limited compared to other airlines, but they still had some brand new releases. They also fed us two meals and a snack, and the crew was super nice."
Desventajas: "The boarding process was a little confusing. It was done by row numbers but not very well announced, so I wasn’t actually sure when my row was supposed to board."

Desventajas: "System wouldn't allow me to check in online but my wife, who was on the same booking, had no problems. Also, did not appreciate being charged for a cup of tea and a biscuit. It was only four euros fifty but still, seems like that ought to be included in the price of the ticket."

Desventajas: "Sitting in the middle seats, the flight attendants missed us for water offers and our tv's seemed stopped having any sound. I believed they overheated. After a couple hours, they cooled down and went on again. It was a very cold flight. I was so thankful for the blanket and that I brought my own also."

Desventajas: "Excessive charges. After paying for our tickets, we were charged first for our seats and then for checked luggage. Those charges nearly doubled the cost of each ticket. We were also dismayed to be charged 3 Euros for a bottle of water during the flight. i suppose it's only a matter of time before the airline starts charging passengers for the right to exit the plane! Bottom line: advertising this airline as 'low-cost' is very misleading."

Por culpa de ellos he perdido el Avión del Jueves 11 por la razón que me informaron que mi vuelo era con América Airlines pero al dirigirme a América éstos me expresaron que no era con ellos sino con British. Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."

Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."
