I was originally being put in a row right behind the bulkhead with no individual monitor and a seat that was extremely cramped because of the tray table. I knew that I would be able to hang for a 13 hour flight and fortunately, the flight attendant was able to move my wife and I."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Se restrasó el abordaje pero en general fue bueno y sin contratiempos. No me gustó que no te permitan bajar al piso principal cuando vas en vuelo de conexion.
Excelente servicio y linea aérea, buenos espacios de equipaje y gran servicio de comida. Los espacios un poco justos para un vuelo interoceánico, pero de lo mejor que he visto

Air Canada customer service was very poor. First agent was unhelpful, second agent better. Overall it was a pain to finally get another flight for the original day."

And another stewardess takes the request and same thing happens finally when they do come back with the blanket and new request for headphones its with the worse face ever. Jesus"

Modern, Open feeling well lot by natural light, comfortable chairs and so many electrical and USB outlets. The food is magnificent. The 787 to BKK has flat beds so it's very easy to get some sleep. Staff were attentive"
