One flight member had a nasty attitude.
The crew is terrible and very rude .... very unfriendly and RUDE !!
Las sobrecargó muy amables, pero el abordaje estuvo muy desordenado y los asientos muy rígidos

WestJet should have booked us on one of the 5 earlier flights to the same or nearby airports. At a minimum we should have received vouchers for dinner as we were delayed through meal times"

Ventajas: "It was easy getting through the line and onto the plane. The seat was on the window, which I wouldn't normally sit in, and was comfortable enough for me to get an hour of sleep on an overnight flight; I'm content with that."
Desventajas: "The fee for changing my assigned seat, thus the window seat, and one of the flight attendants was very impolite; though overall the flight attendants were pleasant enough."

Desventajas: "How is it that in a 5 hours flight you don’t be get any food for free? You have to pay for every meal. And the entertainment system isn’t only available through the west je to app but i didn’t know that until I board the plane wtf"
Desventajas: "There was not enough room for my carryon for some reason and so I had to sit with my knees up and feet on my bag. Not the worst but there should be enough carry on space for everyone."

Desventajas: "Seats were too narrow, plane was changed to what looked like a smaller plane. Everything else wasn’t WestJet’s fault. Red eye flight and jerk behind me left his light on the whole flight and giy beside me kept rib checking me, preventing me from sleep. By the time plane landed I had been up 23 hours."

Desventajas: "Huge delay with the flight with no explanation"
Ventajas: "Gave me accommodations for the night and rescheduled my flight."
Desventajas: "Misinformed me about where to catch shuttle for the hotel. A representative told me I was to be given a free entrance to the flight lounge for the inconvenience and it was not approved."
Ventajas: "I was traveling with my 11 month old daughter and everyone went out of their way to assist us and I didn't feel like a burden to them. When she was sleeping on my lap during the flight they even brought me my meal in portions so I didn't have a huge tray to balance over my baby."

Ventajas: "The flight and crew were great, great flight. Arrived earlier then stated. I still enjoy flying in and out of Hamilton. Great airport. If I can book West jet again, I will, great airline. Took some great pictures from the aircraft. Thank you !!!!"

Desventajas: "They destroyed my checked luggage and refused to give me an adequate replacement. They also refused to cover for the resulting damages to my items."
