Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

La cantidad de opciones del entrenamiento a bordo es excelente sólo deberían agregar opciones en castellano Muy mala actitud de la tripulación salvo los que había españoles Bajo mucho la calidad de lo que era antes de la oande

Se restrasó el abordaje pero en general fue bueno y sin contratiempos. No me gustó que no te permitan bajar al piso principal cuando vas en vuelo de conexion.
Excelente servicio y linea aérea, buenos espacios de equipaje y gran servicio de comida. Los espacios un poco justos para un vuelo interoceánico, pero de lo mejor que he visto

Pude hacer un upgrade a ultima hora que hizo de mi viaje muy agradable. El programa ICE de entretenimiento es muy bueno. La comida y los licores y vinos excelentes.

Desventajas: "The airline never gave us any status updates.Call center was helpless. Eventually bought a same day ticket at 5X the price on another airlines get out. before visa expired. Now they don't want to refund my ticket saying I am a no show..What a horrible airline"

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed. No information was given on this. Also,Addis adaba is not a tier 1 Airport. I'd rather pay the same. Money to go through Qatar or dubai."

Desventajas: "Lack of customer service. Due to the delay in Washington, we missed our connecting flight. Though the EA personnel knew of our delay and missed flight, we still had to wait in line at the counter for 3 hours in order for them to put us up in a hotel and make other arrangements. Though they had 15 hours to do this for us, they did not. They served some customers and did not serve others. There was no communication whatsoever, they just handed us papers without explaining what was happening."
Ventajas: "The friendliness of the crew and their spirit of hospitality make this company stand our from others. Also the new aircrafts and the amenities on board are a big plus."
Desventajas: "Horrible food selection, needs improvement"
Ventajas: "The inflight music (tons of awesome Ethiopian music, from jazz to pop) and solid Ethiopian beer."
Desventajas: "The boarding process was cumbersome but I think that's because of the airport not the airline."
Ventajas: "No delays The food on board was good. The drinks were fine My luggage was safe"
Desventajas: "The basement waiting area at the Addis Ababa airport was very cold and the toilets were dirty and smelly as well The crew were unfriendly and unreasonable the time of alighting"

Desventajas: "- poor food (as usual) - no inflight entertainment (as usual) - no priority boarding"
Desventajas: "There was no entertainment system and there was no vegetarian option. I would have registered for the vegetarian option ahead of time, but when I tried to do online check in, it didn't work."
Ventajas: "They flight was on time."
Desventajas: "The food is poor. They should change the menu and improve on the quality of food. The personal entertainment system was not working. Such a long flight need to have good entertainment for passengers."
