Ventajas: Return on investment is excellent. great ground and air crew great service all around.

Ventajas: I almost missed my next flight from Dublin to Chicago. There was not enough time between flights with current security measures. Your site should not have suggested those two flights so close.

Desventajas: The check in in the web site was not working the previous day. The check in at the airport in rome was hoorible... 1 hour and 20 minutes on line to be able to check in. Only two clercks workig in a very croded space .

Ventajas: the seat configuration is 2/4/2 so if you get a seat by the window, you have your significant other or friend next to you and no one else which is nice. Food was decent.

Desventajas: Entertainment didn't have any interesting movies or TV shows. Bottom of the barrel. No coffee or tea was offered before landing and it was advertised.

Ventajas: Very professional, engaged and polite

Desventajas: The flight took off late, arrived late and we missed our connection to Salt Lake City. We had to change terminals and they were on the opposite side of the airport. Had to spend the night and have not yet started with Aer Lingus to get some satisfaction.

Ventajas: The crew were great ( very helpful). Comfort ?

Desventajas: Plane late due to electrical failure. Manchester airport, stuck on bus because driver couldn't open the door.

Ventajas: I like how they boarded the back of the plane first!

Desventajas: The seats weren't as comfortable as other airlines. The food wasn't very good either.

Ventajas: Staff was great

Desventajas: There should be a choice of Halal meal also, while booking the seat

Ventajas: I never got on the flight as there is a global pandemic and a mandate for NY'ers not to travel. The worst part is that I don't think I'm getting a refund.

Ventajas: Very friendly crew

Desventajas: Flight got delayed. Would be nice if the crew would come around w water occasionally

Desventajas: The person next to me was x and overflowing onto my area and leaning on me through the flight

Ventajas: Super friendly and efficient crew. Tasty food, excellent, first rate service (business class).

Desventajas: Business class seat was comfortable, though a bit too narrow; when seat was horizontal my arm was constantly falling in the aisle.

Ventajas: Austrian Airlines is the best! Crew, food, drinks, entertainment, and plugins were all provided, and it was all very nice (and delicious food!).

Desventajas: Nothing! Love Austrian Airlines!

Ventajas: yes, seat is always ok , I'm not overweight

Desventajas: basically, nothing, just keep smiling

Ventajas: Very smooth boarding on both flights, a smooth transfer between flights, and comfortable seats (especially nice flexible headrest on longhaul flight). Very friendly and helpful crew.

Desventajas: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't important anyway.

Ventajas: Nothing actually
