Ventajas: The crew wasn’t very friendly and there’s very little legroom.

Ventajas: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.

Desventajas: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Desventajas: Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections.

Ventajas: Friendly cabin staff and one of the most enjoyable addresses by a captain I've ever heard (and seen - he was out in the first class area when he welcomed us).

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The crew was very helpful and the seats were comfortable

Desventajas: I wiped down my seat area to clean it. It would be nice to know what Delta is doing as well.

Ventajas: Crew was fantastic. Seats are narrow in space, but more comfortable than other airlines.

Desventajas: Drink and snack service, but captain was concerned about "bumps"

Ventajas: The check in process was very nice and smooth. The staff was so nice and friendly. Flight attendants were very nice too.

Desventajas: The seats are just too squished. For a ten hour flight, it was SO uncomfortable.

Ventajas: The staff was friendly, the available entertainment was good, and the seats were reasonably comfortable.

Desventajas: Our final connecting flight was late because the plane and the crew had not yet arrived at our airport before we were supposed to start boarding. The airline did not announce this until we were scheduled to start boarding. We had to go to a different gate and wait nearly two more hours for our flight to depart.

Ventajas: Not much

Desventajas: Our flights got delayed from Belize city and lost all connections. Had to sleep in the airport. Very disappointed with American Airlines. Will avoid in the future.

Ventajas: Knowing that the pilot takes out safety seriously is to be commended. Thank you

Desventajas: Not have a breakdown would be nice but I know that breakdowns are unexpected and it’s better to be safe than sorry with our safety. So thank you

Desventajas: Counter, and check in, long lines, a lot of people, time spend, and also if the flight didn’t have food you must communicate it.

Ventajas: Avión de última tecnología con buen internet de ida pero no pude usarlo de vuelta, con muy poco espacio para un viaje tan largo.

Desventajas: 1- el servicio de la tripulación pedimos agua y nada que la traían. 2- Pésimo espacio entre asientos en clase turista 3- mal sistema, no permitio hacer el check in, y cuando dimos a opción de pagar asiento lo permitió hacer 4- en un viaje Intercontinental únicamente dieron una comida, no dieron coffee, el agua casi tuvimos que rogarla pues querían vender únicamente

Ventajas: The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages).

Desventajas: It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution.

Ventajas: The bottom seat of the pocket is uncomfortable outdated. The distance between the chairs Too crowded

Desventajas: The business class seat felt a bit claustrophobic when in lie flat mode

Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Ventajas: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Desventajas: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Desventajas: They checked everyone’s carry on bags, which made the boarding process incredible slow, then they made you stand on a bus until it was full, to drive to the plane to walk up stairs in the rain. I kept my bag for 20 hours, flying from Vancouver to Calgary to London and before my flight to Madrid. They didn’t care that I said I didn’t want to give it up or that I had to make a connection. Madrid’s airport is notorious for have slow baggage handling, so they are making me wait. I packed for 2 weeks in a carry on and back pack to avoid checking luggage. I am disappointed.

Desventajas: We were flying from JFK to heathrow to Tel Aviv. Israel declared that they we’re going to mandate all persons coming in for 14 days. British Airways did not cancel our flight and would not give us a refund. They would only rebook our flight to several weeks later. We booked our flight months ago because the specific time we booked was convenient for us. Our new flight is not convenient for us and we don’t want to go to a country that we will have to be quarantined in. We were very disappointed.

Ventajas: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Desventajas: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Ventajas: The entertainment was ok.

Desventajas: Everything else was terrible. From check-in to boarding to flight.

Ventajas: There is nothing to like about the flight

Desventajas: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Desventajas: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Ventajas: The seats are comfortable.nice leg room.

Desventajas: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Desventajas: Not much help at the airport my luggage was lost

Ventajas: The lie-flat seats were just great .

Desventajas: Storage space should be made available beside the seats , especially during take-off and landing. There is none right now , and that's in Business class.

Desventajas: The plane was cold. The entertainment was mediocure. The staff was telling the people to get in their seats quickly as they had missed their scheduled time for take off. Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel.

Desventajas: Not have 6 hour delays after people have already boarded the plane.

Ventajas: flight delay due to mechanical problem. pilot made up time, avoided excessive turbulence and silky smooth landing. attentive and highly visible patient flight attendants

Desventajas: no complimentary food option (other than pretzels /crackers) on 4 hr flight. aainflight provided live sports and news but movie selection was limited.

Desventajas: Individual TVs, perhaps

Ventajas: The food and very professional and friendly service.

Desventajas: Boarding has no groups, seats are small
