Desventajas: A pandemic not to occur and cause cancellation of this trip. Planned for over 6 months, cancelled.

Ventajas: Crew is excellent, polite and personal!

Desventajas: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Ventajas: Very nice airplane and pleasant crew

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Ventajas: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ventajas: The crew was professional & friendly

Desventajas: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Desventajas: For options none. No drink carts at all. Had coffee once after I asked. Poor quality entertainment. Just a huge waste of money.

Desventajas: 3 1/2 hr delay

Ventajas: The entertainer system was down all of the flight, could not charge my phone. Crew was polite but Curt.

Ventajas: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Desventajas: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Ventajas: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Desventajas: Window did not darken like the others.

Ventajas: Services is good .

Ventajas: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Desventajas: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Ventajas: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Desventajas: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Ventajas: Flight was on time.

Desventajas: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Ventajas: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement

Desventajas: Delayed arrival at Bangalore by more than 1 hour.

Ventajas: Very friendly crew, very clean cabin, very comfortable seats

Desventajas: The check in in the web site was not working the previous day. The check in at the airport in rome was hoorible... 1 hour and 20 minutes on line to be able to check in. Only two clercks workig in a very croded space .

Desventajas: The person next to me was x and overflowing onto my area and leaning on me through the flight

Ventajas: I liked Air Lingis. The crew and entertainment set up.

Desventajas: I had to RUN to get to this gate. And the number changed. I was the 2nd to last person on. International flights should have a small area to stretch and loosen up. Being large and stuffed into a small seat for so long is not good.

Ventajas: The crew was extremely efficient in everything they did. Beverage service was super but many of us didn't know we could get our own from the front of the plane.

Desventajas: The seats lean too far back and are hard to get in and out of. There's very little space for anyone in the middle seats to move, much less climb out from. Oh, it was never clear to the passengers that anyone could get up and get drinks from up front during the flight.

Ventajas: The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout).

Desventajas: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Desventajas: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Ventajas: service and timing were great

Desventajas: At least give a glass of water.

Ventajas: I had a great seat and the crew was very helpful and nice! It went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances, and we even got there early!

Desventajas: I accidentally put this in the wrong survey (the PNS-ATL) one but there was a lot of changing of gates and running around before the flight. I understand how hectic this whole situation is though so I don’t blame you all at all and everyone I talked to was very helpful. The app helped a lot too with figuring out where I needed to go

Ventajas: The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful.

Desventajas: My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best.

Ventajas: Due to COVID 19 we got a 737-800 on a route that usually boasts nothing better than a 717 so everything about this flight was superior to normal runs.

Desventajas: I wish DL could find a way to better manage food and drinks during the COVID 19 restrictive era.

Ventajas: Everything about this booking was a disaster. Not the least of which is that my bags are still on London and are total travel time will end up being about 24 hours returning.

Ventajas: Everything was easy and the crew were really nice.

Desventajas: Both transatlantic flights I had requested lactose-free meal options, neither of which happened.

Ventajas: Return on investment is excellent. great ground and air crew great service all around.

Desventajas: Our flight seemed to have only 1 toilet at the back of the plane that passengers were allowed to use so there was always a line. There was a second toilet in the crew area at the back and it seemed that they could have offered passengers to use that.
