Desventajas: "Tanto a la ida como al regreso ese tramo fue con AirEuropa y el personal en aeropuerto no tienen la amabilidad correspondiente. En la idea me tocó problemas con uno de ellos y en el regreso vi que otros pasajeros les ocurrió lo mismo. Ni siquiera muestran sus nombres."

Ventajas: "El vuelo definitivo fue puntual"
Desventajas: "El viaje fue por Joon, el vuelo inicial fue cancelado ya en sala. Nos respondieron con la reprogramación. Debieron notificar a tiempo la cancelación, creo que hubiese sido menos difícil, ya que nos tocó salir de sala para volver a los mostradores."

Desventajas: "Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that."

Desventajas: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Desventajas: "Me hicieron despachar mi equipaje de mano, porque el vuelo estaba muy lleno, fue gratis el servicio, pero rompieron mi valija. Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."

Desventajas: "Conexión perdido porqué falta tiempo par recoger la maleta como me dejaron en rio."

Desventajas: "Landed almost an hour late. Food was HORRIBLE. worst pasta of my life. The crew while kind, we busy chatting in the galley most of the flight. Never came around (besides the initial drink cart and the meal) to offer water or check on passengers. They forced me to close the window while we were flying and I bought a window seat so i could look out. The boarding process was very slow and disembarking took ages. Problems with loading the baggage led to an issue at baggage claim where they were stuck."

Desventajas: "I purchased a business class seat, fully paid six months in advance. There was a last minute change in the type of aircraft, I was downgraded to economy plus. BA never tried to contact me in advance or gilve me any other options. It was a nasty surprise but I had no other choice."

Desventajas: "It seems to me that boarding by Groups has not helped in the least bit, instead it has made things slower. It's bad enough that the charges and limitations on luggage have forced everyone to try to board with their suitcases... The group system just makes things worse. I recommend BA compares itself to Lufthansa, Swiss, Qatar, Thai, whatever, and avoid trying to match Easyjet and American Airlines on service levels. Oh, and there is no excuse for long delays and cancellations in the most important airport in Europe. At least not for a simple dusting of snow."

Ventajas: "The crew made your needs a top priority which was nice. This trip was my first time flying British Airways, I normally fly United, but the price was too good to pass up. I will definitely be using BA in the future from now on. Overall a great experience!"
