Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy."

They are very strict about safety things. Even on a short 3 hour evening flight they provide a pillow and blanket for your comfort."
Desventajas: "On this flight, the beef dinner option was bad. Terrible strips of beef, and unidentifiable mushrooms."

We were told to keep our seats upright during meal times and to keeo our window shutters down during other times. This made sense. But there were passengers right in front of us who had their seats reclined during meal time and the crew did not tell them anything."

Food is great, both in presentation and taste, and serve with refined courtesy... I will gladly fly on this aircraft again on my way back."
Desventajas: "The entertainment system has literally hundreds of choices -- many, many movies for all tastes under the sky. But there is one drawback. Each movie starts, not when you are ready, but when the system is ready ; you cannot pause, resume it, no fast-forward..."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

However I did not arrive in Johannesburg because a flight delay (even though our flight was set to let ontime) caused probably 40 people to miss their connections. To their credit, Qatar Airways did find accommodations for us and gave us food vouchers. Otherwise it'd be a zero rating."

This is very upsetting and it appears that Qatar Airways is too slow with boarding, there was no explanation given for why it took so incredibly long to board."

La cantidad de opciones del entrenamiento a bordo es excelente sólo deberían agregar opciones en castellano Muy mala actitud de la tripulación salvo los que había españoles Bajo mucho la calidad de lo que era antes de la oande

Se restrasó el abordaje pero en general fue bueno y sin contratiempos. No me gustó que no te permitan bajar al piso principal cuando vas en vuelo de conexion.
Excelente servicio y linea aérea, buenos espacios de equipaje y gran servicio de comida. Los espacios un poco justos para un vuelo interoceánico, pero de lo mejor que he visto

Pude hacer un upgrade a ultima hora que hizo de mi viaje muy agradable. El programa ICE de entretenimiento es muy bueno. La comida y los licores y vinos excelentes.

La atencion miy buena. Todo bien. El desayuno no me gustó
El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Ventajas: "Trato excelente, buen servicio en cada aerolínea. Cubrieron mi alimentación y no tuve retraso alguno. Los 3 vuelos conectaron bien."

Desventajas: "Falta de comunicación para embarque Demora para embarque Demora para salida del vuelo Desorganización en asignación de asientos de otros pasajeros lo que causó discusiones Tripulación podría hacer resuelto ágilmente para evitar molestos a los demás pasajeros Falta de cordialidad de la tripulación al mediar y buscar resolver el conflicto que ellos mismos generaron Cambiando a una persona de asiento y ocupando el de alquien más que no quería cederlo"
Ventajas: "Me gustó que los espacios de los sillones, están a una distancia prudente del siguiente pasajero, porque hay aviones que están muy pegados."

Ventajas: "Cuando estaba abordando la señorita que chequea los boletos me empezó a preguntar que donde había estado antes que si tenia boleto de vuelta que le enseñara y que yo sepa ella no es de migración me hizo esperar me abordó se último y nunca me entere cual fue el problema es una pésima actitud de la empleada de la aerolínea"

Ventajas: "El vuelo tuvo que regresar a Buenos Aires por mal tiempo después de 2 horas volando. A pesar de pedir que me desembarcaran en Buenos Aires porque sabía que iba a perder mi conexión en Estambul a colombo no quisieron. Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"
Desventajas: "La tripulación es muy brusca, no informan y tratan mal a los pasajeros. La línea aérea no intentó ganar tiempo para facilitar a los pasajeros que pudieran hacer sus conexiones. Horrible"

Ventajas: "Our flight from CAIRO was delayed for 3 and half hours. We missed our flight to Chicago. The Staff at Istanbul airport were very very unhelpful and rude. They did not try at all to find an alternative route for us. The lack of empathy and understanding was astounding. NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN!"

Me quede varada en Tibilisi, donde Turkish Airlines canceló el vuelo a Estambul y nunca ofreció alternativa para derivar a otras líneas aéreas. Tuve que salir por tierra a Armenia y de ahí comprar un nuevo billete con Air France por mi cuenta. Kayak siguió mandando mensajes de que el vuelo estaba en horario, y nunca actualizó la información que enviaba en sus alertas, como que no hubiera pasado nada. Incluso en el mapa se veía en ruta el avión cuando nunca había despegado. Tremendo"
