Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am
Cheap flight, on time!
Ventajas: "Crew was good but baggage claim took forever. The seating was not well arranged. The seats were very uncomfortable. The weight limit of the bags were unreasonable"
Desventajas: "Better seats could be better"
Ventajas: "Great crew."
Desventajas: "Nothing"
Desventajas: "Everything"
Desventajas: "It's a low cost, no frills flight option. But we left and landed on-time and that's what I wanted."
Ventajas: "Boarding was quick and efficient. The aisle was nice and wide which makes walking to seats easier"
Desventajas: "Not the most comfortable seats"
Desventajas: "I had problems with baggage and Allegiant staff at the airport were very unhelpful."
Ventajas: "I paid extra for the added leg room!"
Desventajas: "The padding on these seats."
Ventajas: "Crew nice. Seat okay"

Desventajas: "I see no reason why the airlines cannot provide a beverage and snack - I think they still make plenty of money off our tickets and how much could this really cost them?"

Desventajas: "After 2 hour delay we had to beg for a water and the stewardess brought a tiny cup. Made for a very long night."
Ventajas: "The crew was very nice and professional. Seats were as comfortable as they can be"

Ventajas: "Everything was perfect. New plane, super clean!! Even though the seats don't recline, they're still quite comfortable. I love how wide the aisle is...people have plenty of room to move around."

Desventajas: "The flight was delayed multiple times, the directions on having boarding passes on the app or printed prior were not given so found that our last minute to avoid paying the front desk clerk $5.00. The flight landed 5 hours later than scheduled which is completely unacceptable."
Ventajas: "Cost of flight"
Desventajas: "Extra charges for everything! Couldn’t even get a cup of water."
Ventajas: "The check in was fast and painless."

Desventajas: "Being stranded for 6 hours in the airport for no weather reason, with no compensation."
Desventajas: "I bought a flight that I had to end up cancelling - when I called to cancel - within the 24 hour period, they would not let me cancel despite text on my confirmation saying that there would be a free cancellation within the 24 hours. Extremely annoyed that there was a blatant miscommunication. I did not end up going on the flight but was unable to get a refund which seems ridiculous given that there was text on the website explicitly saying this was their policy."
Ventajas: "Going in & out of small airports."
Desventajas: "We arrived late. Pricing system."
Desventajas: "Flight was delayed 6 hours."
Ventajas: "Like the newer plane. The crew was nice."
Desventajas: "I purchased 2 bulk head seats for more leg room and because they changed the plane, my seats were no longer in the bulk head. We didn't have extra leg room and I would like a refund for the price I paid to upgrade my seats. It is impossible to get service on the phone, since even the customer service number the flight attentendant gave me, still put me on an unbearable hold time. Please refund my money for the seats that you did not provide me with."
Ventajas: "Flight was ontime and smooth. No issues boarding or debarking."
Desventajas: "Cheap plastic "mass transit train" style seats. Poor legroom. Borderline exorbitant fees for baggage and carry-on. Also weight on checked luggage was only 40lbs per piece while industry standard is 50lbs. Makes it difficult to share one suitcase between 2 people to save on baggage "fees"."
Ventajas: "The price."
Desventajas: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."
Ventajas: "Flight crew were very polite and we received free soda. Free booze however would have been more appropriate after spending my entire New Year’s Day in an airport."
Desventajas: "Reviewed 9 hours because a crew member didn’t show. Was originally told 6 hours delay only 20 minutes before the flight was due to leave. Received two $8 meal vouchers and rude and slow service from the entire ground crew."
Ventajas: "I’m 5’10- tall for a woman but average height I’d say overall. I was so cramped in that seat that next time I will choose another airline to get more rom."
Desventajas: "No free water?! That’s just cruel considering the flight was over 2 hours."
Ventajas: "Excellent value. They had hard time with the head count which delayed our take off. Arrived just a few minutes Late."
Ventajas: "Boarding at the new Austin South terminal was a breeze!"
Desventajas: "It's ridiculous to make passengers keep their personal items on the floor when most of the overhead lockers are empty. Ridiculous and dangerous."
Ventajas: "Great price. Direct route. Friendly gate staff and flight crew. On time (actually early) departure and arrival."
Desventajas: "Flip side of departing early is they closed boarding over 30 minutes before scheduled departure (nearly missed flight)."
Ventajas: "other airline seats are concave, forcing my back in to a painful posture. I'm 5'2", 120 lbs, so I'm not the normal body; but I just can't imagine who finds concave comfortable. Thank you Allegiant for a chair with a more-flat back."
Desventajas: "I was surprised with the carryon fee and wondered if I would have to pay fees to use the toilet. I didn't use it, so I don't know."
Ventajas: "The price."
Desventajas: "The customer service. The plane breaking down and causing a 2 hour delay. The lack of compassion from the flight crew. The fact that the seats don't recline. The fact that our baggage was $222 one way."
Desventajas: "Bad service. Long waits. No directions at airport from the airline and counter service slow"

Ventajas: "That fact that they did not suply even one free bottle or cup of water is awful. I was very thirsty but did not get a drink because they chaged $2.00 for one bottle of water, and the is just plain wrong."
Ventajas: "Easy airport. Easy for rental return, going through security, and walking to the terminal. Quick loading time. Nice, clean plane with plenty of on-board crew to accomodate."
Desventajas: "Damage to checked baggage from Mesa to SGF. A quality, thick, hard-sided suitcase developed a crack in the side. Abnormal pressure would have had to be applied to cause this type of damage. Cheaper or soft-sided luggage would have experienced damage to the contents. Unfortunately, I did not check the luggage before leaving the airport to file a complaint."
Ventajas: "Arrived an hour before flight. Check in took 25 min and tsa 30 minutes. Tried to go through expedite line but agent refused to let me even though flight was leaving in 30 minutes. I have received better treatment in new York airports than here in Myrtle Beach. Who would have thought. There were 3 others that missed the flight. Why would they not just let's be expedited?"

Ventajas: "Direct flight much better not having to change planes."
Desventajas: "Everything was fine on this flight would be nice to have Wi-Fi on planes."
Desventajas: "everything was poor"
Ventajas: "It's a budget airline so don'texpect thrills, but it got me to my destination."
Desventajas: "The boarding agent didn't understand priority comes before group 3."
Ventajas: "Didn't have any problems. Flight was on time departing and returning and non-stop."
Desventajas: "When I booked my flight, the website didn't give me an option of whether I had a carry-on or checked bag."
Desventajas: "That you charge for every little thing...surprised you don't charge to use the bathrooms. Don't appreciate having to be your clean up crew either."
