Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Ventajas: "Boarding in general went quite quick considering the number of customers requiring assistance. Flight attendants were pleasant greeting us while boarding."
Desventajas: "Seats are extremely uncomfortable. My tailbone is very painful for 2-3 days after each flight. The headrests are hard and force my head forward. cannot rest comfortably. Narrow seats are an ongoing issue with most airlines. The number of flight attendant intercom scolding's to remain in seats could have been less. Sometimes people just need to use a restroom. I wasn't one of them but certainly understand the need in flight, turbulence or not."

My knees were hitting the back of the seat in front of me even before I tried to slouch down and take a nap. The seats were also very firm. The people around us were very large and I couldnt put down the arm divider and the overweight women in front of me had to recline her seat to fit which left me less room for the flight. Overweight people should have to pay for two tickets or ride a bus"

For the 2.5 to 3-hour trip, I actually appreciated the absence of entertainment because there was less extraneous movement about the cabin distributing headphones etc. for a short flight. I searched early, about 40 days out, and found tickets for under $150 roundtrip, nonstop. The flight was at 6:55 am but worth it."
Desventajas: "There is little to dislike about Sun Country. For them, I don't think a 5-star rating is necessary for success. To get 5 stars, they could offer more choices for meals, provide entertainment for longer flights (I'm assuming longer flights have no movies), and have staff that distinguishes itself from the other airlines by being more upbeat and professional (here I'm comparing the crew and staff to European and Asian competitors)."

Desventajas: "En los últimos viajes que he hecho los vuelos se retrasan, tanto en la llegada como salida, ya perdí un vuelo, aunque me pagaron el hotel pero es incomodo perderlos. Y hoy estuve a punto de perderlo nuevamente, y la salida demoró casi dos horas de los estipulado al comprar mi boleto"

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am

Desventajas: "It was to uncomfortable to sit there in the plane for so long. I also noticed one of the flight attendants with the long brunette hair kept over looking me but would be in all the guys faces instead. Pretty sure it was a jelouse thing. The shorter brunette girl was really pleasant"

Desventajas: "Waited on tarmac 2.5 hrs. Then plane delayed 10 hours. Then waited on tarmac 2 more hours. Horrible first experience flying with Allegiant."

Ventajas: "The flight was delayed for almost 4 hrs, but the staff was excellent. From the check-in agent, the gate agent, the flight attendants and pilots - everybody was upbeat and helpful."
Desventajas: "Just the continual delays, but the mobile notices were so helpful in not coming to the airport for a delayed flight. As always, the fact that the seats don’t recline makes the trip more uncomfortable."
Ventajas: "Availability at last minute was awesome, and the price was excellent. The direct flight was great too!"

Ventajas: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"
Ventajas: "Everything the service for breakfast , the interpretation for more information about when you’re in a plane what to do in case something happened and stuff"

Ventajas: "After the delay, we were treated to complimentary soft drinks and snack mix. This was after sitting in the plane for over an hour, though."
Desventajas: "We spent two hours of the delay in the airport and then eventually boarded. However, another problem with the plane developed and we waited for at least an hour more in the incredibly cramped plane. The seats are bearable for a short flight, but they’re hard to endure with multiple delays. The boarding was also disorganized. There were two announcements: one for people who needed extra time to board and another for the final call. Nothing in between."

Ventajas: "I fly this airline airline quite a bit because I have family in the mountains of North Carolina. I have never had a problem with them, I fly out of Fort Lauderdale to Asheville, it's a quick one and a half hour flight. The flight crew is always professional and courteous."
Desventajas: "They were late boarding maki h us late to arrive in Cincinnati. Had open seating even though we paid for a seat"

Desventajas: "After arriving to the airport to check in we were told there was a 6 hr delay. Thanks for the heads up since we could've hung out more before heading to the airport."

Ventajas: "It's like taking the public bus during rush hour. Organized chaos. But I guess you literally get what you pay for so, yeah. The crew was awesome though. No qualms there."
Desventajas: "Disorganized boarding. Even the extra room seats are cramped. Bathrooms are a step up from a porta potty. DO NOT SIT NEAR THEM unless you plan on holding your breath the while flight."
Ventajas: "direct flight to where i wanted to go was great initial fare was very low, add-ons added up though."
Desventajas: "flight out was handled by Miami Air, lost the money i spent on a seat. everything costs extra, including printing a boarding pass. the app wouldn't let me check in so i had to go to the desk. i had to show the person that the app told me to go the desk then she printed the pass for free."

Desventajas: "The staff at Ft Lauderdale airport was not customer focused. They were disorganized and rude. My friend paid $5 for his ticket to be printed and, at the very least, they should refund that. I'll never fly Allegiant again."

Ventajas: "The plane was nice, staff friendly, and my flight departed and arrived on time! For what I paid for the ticket, I was very scared of what type of plane I would be on but in the end was pleasantly surprised and will use this airline again!"
Desventajas: "I don't like how fast the prices change and how they charge for every little thing. But then again my ticket was dirt cheap so I can't really complain."
