Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Ventajas: "They passed by me when they served the meals because they thought I had it already which it was someone behind me who got his meal since he had a special meal request. So I ended up to talk to them that I haven’t had my meal yet. It was embarrassing moment for me. They seemed thinking that I lied to them."

Ventajas: "We had the BEST FEMALE flight attendants, they were soooo helpful and one of them came and wrote down my kids' names so she can call them by their names, and they got to choose the food and got theirs early so I was able to help them before mine arrived which was super thoughtful! Food option was pretty good and lots of shows and movies to choose from. Getting ice cream was such a treat for my kids!"

This was my third time flying with Singapore Airlines and I hope not the last time. The big plane flew so quietly, it was a wonderful flight."

Un gran servicio. Debes estar atento en todo momento porque no hay avisos pero de ahí en más todo increíble.

Desventajas: "An hour late, not Swiss fault but Captain continued to broadcast 5-10 minute delays. Just say it's going to be an hour, then we can all turn our phones back on and go to the lavatory."

One cup of coffee with one sugar and one cream. Seats were very tight,no room to move. I have always used Swiss but this was such a bad experience, I will reconsider for next time. Desventajas: "The space between rows are uncomfortably narrow (and I am a short person). It also does not help when the attendants would not want to disturb a sleeping but have no problem allowing us to eat off a tray with our forehead touching the back of the seat in front. This happened to me on the entire journey on Swiss from Miami to Zurich to Cape Town. It is almost a health hazard not being able to move and forget about trying to even use a laptop because when the person in front recline her seat, you have no room to even type (and my laptop was only a 13 inch Mac.) I am a million miler on United and this is one of the most miserable flights that I have taken. I also don't like the fact that we cannot get seat assignments until 23 hours before departure- not even for preferred travelers."

Hubo un retraso al salir de Lima y casi pierdo mi vuelo de conexión por ese motivo.
Pedí un menú vegetariano por cuestiones gástricas y la verdad es que me tocaron comidas muy picantes.
Por una cuestión gástrica pedí menú vegetariano aunque no lo disfruté. Estaba realmente muy picante y la verdad que es la primera vez que me pasa.

Desventajas: "Cartagena airport need telescopic direct acces to cabins. Very slow boarding due to climb scalators for people in need like strillers or wheelchairs. Service in flight was veeery slow for business standards. English can be improved. They speak to you when you have headphones on!!"

Ventajas: "1st class should board last, it just makes mire sense for a lot of reasons. Also 8kg carry limit is rediculous and loosely enforced. We were clearly selected to check our bags. There were others with bags heavier and larger than ours that were permitted to stuff them in their overheads."
Desventajas: "if you sit in the rear part of the aircraft no menu no food options for you they give you what have left."
Desventajas: "One flight was cancelled resulting in a 6 hour wait, the second flight was 2 hours late. Meat meals ran out quick resulting in a vegetarian only option for a lot of passengers"

Desventajas: "The flight was 9 and half hours and the food was very poor, I was starving ,maybe AA can improve that, it would be nice if they could add a little bit of fruit and a yogurt for a good digestion .Also, the sandwich they gave us at the end was so small ,maybe they can give us a real sandwich instead ..Sorry AA ,but you need to work on that .For the price I paid I can fly United ,they don't let me starve."
