Mi luggage is lost
Todo excelente y servicio de primera.
Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.

Desventajas: "I would have liked to have had the chance to purchase a better seat. When I asked about it at check-in the plane was full. So I was squeezed in the middle section which made it quite uncomfortable, especially if you have to get up more frequently as an older person, but your neighbor is asleep. A notification about the possibilities for seat purchases would have been great!"

Desventajas: "Little carry on baggage room. At least 50% of everyone's carry-on baggage could not fit on the aircraft."

Desventajas: "Surprised that Asian airlines typically havr larger and more comfortable seats. The SAS flight was fully booked and you could feel the cramped-ness of it. Also we weren't given the choice of what to have for our meals and were merely handed our food. Lastly, the flight was very, very uncomfortably warm."
Desventajas: "The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer."
Ventajas: "I liked the high-tech adjustment on the seats but i am 6ft2, 200 lbs (in good shape) and I have Parkinson's disease. The seat was just not roomy enough and I had to get up at least once an hour."
Desventajas: "The crew was very understanding and kind. The aft head was very limited in space too. A little more room would have been most welcome."

Desventajas: "Seat was tight and did not recline at all. Back was killing me. Flight attendants came across as rude the way they spoke to the people. No entertainment at all. Not even water was offered."

Ventajas: "Wonderful service! Flight attendants kind and thoughtful. Once in terminal 5 (from terminal 1) a Sas gate agent escorted us to flight since our previous United flight was so late"
Desventajas: "Lost 4 out of 10 pieces of luggage from our group, and damaged one piece. Got 2 pieces of luggage 5 days later, one piece 7 days later, and the last one 9 days later."
