La atencion miy buena. Todo bien. El desayuno no me gustó
El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.

The flavor of bacon is very distinctive. This thing's flavor and texture suggested some sort of very tasteless doughy material, with certainly nothing tasting like egg or bacon inside of it. Ugh."

Desventajas: "I had requested an aisle seat and on both flights to and from Stockholm and Chicago had to sit on the very last row in the middle seat between 2 people who seemed to exceed the "weight allowance" that seem so important now when you flight unless you spend a lot a money on the ticket and it then becomes irrelevant !!"
Ventajas: "Seat was much more comfortable than the first flight, flight attendants were more polite, food was ok, entertainment was adequate, overall not bad."
Desventajas: "No major complaints on this flight."
Desventajas: "I took this flight to have a short layer over, only 40 minutes. This was a connecting flight departed from Newark and was a connecting flight for many people coming from Thailand. I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."
Ventajas: "My first time flying SAS on my trip to Europe from USA and I was highly impressed. Everything was efficient and comfortable. One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. I was very happy and made my entire check in experience simple and efficient. I will be going straight to SAS for my next trip to Europe, no question. Thank you very much!!! Daniel Valewink"

Ventajas: "The staff and pilot kept us informed of what was happening with our delay. The flight attendants were very nice."

Desventajas: "In-flight entertainment did not work, veggie meal I ordered was not there, and when I asked if I could have one of the extra business class meals, I was told no. I further asked if I could just have some chips from the snack basket and that was met with a death glare from the female flight attendant. All in all, the flight attendants were rude and unwilling to accept any ownership in the poor conditions of this 9 hour flight."

Ventajas: "The free, in-flight movies, the in-fight dinner, and the friendly, multi-lingual staff were GREAT commodities."
Desventajas: "I was in economy/SAS Go class, so it was nearly impossible to get more than one or two hours of sleep on a long flight, (i.e. about eight hours). Maybe they should reserve the seats with extra leg room for those who actually need it, and have the seats recline even further."
Ventajas: "Crew was very helpful and attentive. Seemed to care about the comfort of the passengers. Very inviting and gracious."
Desventajas: "Seats and pillows could be more comfortable. All airline food is not good so okay indicated above is above expectations."

Ventajas: "It was a shorter ride with few frills but we arrived safely. The two young employees who rendered wheelchair assistance were very gracious and attentive to every detail."
Desventajas: "The noise factor was very high."
Desventajas: "I was charged 500 DKK (about $80) to check a single suitcase. I was assuming an allowance of one bag on an international flight - I guess I should have read the fine print. What was most annoying though is the fact that the bag didn't even make it to destination (on a direct flight, this is hard to accept)."
Desventajas: "Flight was 4 hours delayed, we could not leave the airplane every passanger just could have one water during the waiting time When finally arrived in Copenhagen i missed my last connections for the night and the airline wasnt helpful at all!"

Desventajas: "I prefer to fly with SAS or Staralliance, so I was happy to by this ticket, but when booked it never said it didn´t include luggage. I was then billed at the airport and can exspect the same leaving Nice. I will make a claim because I consider this a fraud. You could at least have mentioned this on the booking before payment, so I could have made my booking elsewhere."

Desventajas: "We boarded late. There was no boarding announcement. A guy walked up in front , as to wait for the announcement and she waved him up. The rest of the gate just started forming several lines. Very unorganized. The we sat on the plane for about a half hour. At least there was an announcement that two people were missing so they had to remove their luggage. 40 minutes late into Longyearbyen."
Ventajas: "There seemed to be a little more leg room on this flight compared to the flight from IAD to CPH on 6/26/16."
Desventajas: "The movie choices weren't nearly as good as the flight from IAD to CPH on 6/26/16."
Ventajas: "Entertainment facilities was user friendly, but program too few."
Desventajas: "Bad management system, luggage even lost in transfer to Stockholm, also SAS but operated by Air China ( transferred in Beijing, from Taipei.)"
Ventajas: "Free upgrade to SAS Plus, what's not to like!"

Desventajas: "Flight was late due to earlier mechanical error. These things happen but still annoying when they do. Crew didn’t seem too bothered."
Ventajas: "Great to go through customs in Dublin so the landing at home is easy."
Desventajas: "The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time."

Desventajas: "Stobart flight was late and on our boarding passes it said the flight to LA’s gate “closed” at 1:15 when the flight didn’t leave until 3pm. Why would you make people kill themselves to run thru the entire airport and rush thru customs only to stand there and wait at the gate? It makes no sense. It should say a boarding time and not “gate closing time” whatever that meant. Food was served too early. And it wasn’t good. No good food options to purchase."

Ventajas: "Despite the delayed flight air Lingus gave us compensation bonus for a small meal and drink at the Barcelona airport after 2 hours caused by a thunderstorm."
Desventajas: "Inflight Barcelona to Dublin air lingus were charging for drinks ( non alcoholic) and food . Which seems to me after waiting 02 hours at the airport they were suppose to compensate the customers."

Ventajas: "The crew was pleasant and accommodating to me, my wife, our 3-year-old and 1-year-old for both legs. The planes were in good shape and everything was on time. The balthrooms were clean and felt spacious. I didn't eat the dinner because we ate a large dinner before the long flight. I did tasted it and it was good. The selections of movies was also very good."
Desventajas: "Thw system they use for in flight entertainment was a little glitchy."

Desventajas: "I had a window seat and felt very crammed. Also, we had to wait close to an hour for our luggage to come through. That was most annoying."

The entertainment equipment on the aircraft was not working and my wife and I were not able to see a movie or anything. Not a good way to take a long flight. My seat was not working properly and was either all the way back or all the way up."

Desventajas: "I'm not sure if it is the fault of Aer Lingus but the gate is not know until the last minute. Flight takes of at 8:50 and they don't post the gate until 8:00"
