These things come standard with all other airlines I have flow with so was very surprised when finding out about it mid flight. Can't say I was very pleased but must say crew were very good"
Ventajas: "The crew is amazing. Always friendly, smiling and happy to oblige. Love the New Zealand hospitality. The inflight entertainment has so many programmes to watch, and the list of music options to listen in to is well stocked. Food is excellent. Obviously overate in the 9 1/2 hour flight."
Desventajas: "Air New Zealand needs to get onto the TSA Precheck program and the agent at check-in (in the biz line) started scolding me for not meeting the economy baggage allowance (only 1 small 7kg carry on), but everything else was perfect. Best biz class flight I’ve ever had, mostly because of the cabin crew"

Desventajas: "I was charged with an excessive checked baggage of $170 NZ dollars for 1 bag that weighed over 7 kg that Air New Zealand said had to be checked and would not allow as carry on baggage. I challenged the high baggage fee with other Air New Zealand staff, to no avail. I was told that the checked baggage cost for 1 bag had recently gone up from $120 NZD to $170 NZD."

Desventajas: "That they left my luggage, 1 piece off entire flight! A brightly patterned piece! In 50 years of flying!!! Has NEVER happened! Had to spend the 1st several hours running around looking for underwear and jacket! Not a great start to vacation! And $100 nzd doesn't buy much!"

Desventajas: "Staff not incredibly nice but OK. The thing that bothered me most is that if you book through KAYAK that sends you to Virgin Australia, you can’t book bag, nor buy a meal if you want. I didn’t want to meal but I did want a bag and it’s a big difference. If you do it online it’s 39 Australian dollars, but if you do it at the airport it’s AU$160. That’s just outrageous and the staff was not helpful at all"

Desventajas: "Flight was delayed twice, seat hadn’t been swept for garbage from the previous flight (wrappers and used tissues in the seat pocket)."

Desventajas: "Awful service, they put me waiting for more than an hour to say that I was in the overbook list so they would need to include me in a flight 3 hours later in another airline. Outrageous!"

Ventajas: "The boarding process was efficient and the seat was comfortable enough for coach class across the Pacific. It was a definite bonus not having someone in the middle seat. The food was quite good, and I appreciated the ability to get snacks throughout the flight. The crew was efficient, the IFE is very good, and the entire experience was very positive. I will continue to fly ANZ internationally as often as I can."

So instead of paying the 1 dollar promotional fee advertised online i have to pay 191 dollars at the airport. That is ridiclous."

Todo estuvo mal. Cancelaron el vuelo a Puebla, cambiamos el vuelo a Cd de Mex y ya en el Avión nos bajaron por qué no había piloto, ademas ya para salir después de la demora no teníamos designado pista. Pedimos asientos buenos ya que teníamos plus y nos dieron los que no se inclinan!!!!

Desventajas: "Que se retraso el vuelo y daban una puerta de abordaje A7 y no era esa al final, porque habian hecho el cambio, si no pregunto, me hubiese dejado el siguiente vuelo, ( deberian de mandar personal a informar a las personas sobre eso ) viajaba con dos niños y se hizo estresante tanto para mi, como para ellos, moverse de un lado a otro de la zona A a la B con el equipaje y no llegue a tiempo a un evento por el cual viajaba, fue perdida de dinero y tiempo, pienso que no volveria a viajar en la aerolinea."

Desventajas: "Una señora que trabaja cómo Counter en United en Houston se negó a darme información. Me trató con discriminación porque le hablé en español primero. Luego le hablé en inglés y de igual forma me trató con desprecio. No me quizo dar información."
Ventajas: "El embarque fue rápido. La app actualiza continuamente la situación del vuelo."
Desventajas: "Situación muy desagradable. El avión se. Argoncon excesivo combustible y no podíamos despegar por exceso de carga. El piloto ofreció 1000 millas de compensación más todos los gastos pagados para otro vuelo a los primeros 7 voluntarios que se ofrecieran a bajarse del avión. Fue subrealista. El retraso total fue de 4:10h."

El personal, en especial la azafata principal no era amable, le solicitamos una cobija porque estaba muy frío el aire acondicionado y nos dijo que no habia, sin embargo la clase ejecutiva iba casi vacía y ahí habían cobijas sin utilizar. El entretenimiento hay que pagarlo, así como los alimentos, y no valen la pena. United debería aprender a dar buen servicio como lo hacen las aerolíneas europeas, como Eldeweiss."
