Muy satisfecha

Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.

Ventajas: "We traveled with our 11 month old and the crew was super helpful. It was an 8.5hr flight, we got a middle seat to give him space to play and the staff had a lot of fun engaging with him. They even gave him a couple of toys to play with. Food was just ok, but better than most airline meals I've had. We flew Premium Economy which was a comfortable experience as well."

The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."

Ventajas: "This was a direct Copenhagen to Boston flight run by SAS for Privatair. It was a small aircraft with only 70 total seats. That being said, the seats were comfortable, the service was wonderful, and the flight was smooth."
Desventajas: "Inflight entertainment consisted of an iPad with very limited options. Only one non-alcoholic drink included with dinner, and purchase price of wine was the highest I have ever seen on a flight."

Desventajas: "This is our third delay with this airline on this trip and all they will do is send you to their service center which in Copenhagen is located so far from the gates it's a joke. Once again they are doing their best to discourage any interaction with their customers."
Desventajas: "Bag drop line was over 45 min. Only 2 attendants. Flight was late taking off. Baggage fee was outrageous. Site said 1 free bag, but that is carry on only. Checked bag was €70!!!! The flight was only $85."
Desventajas: "Although it was entirely SAS's fault that I missed my connection in CPH, they refused to reroute me on another carrier. They routed me on another SAS flight to ORD, and from there back to BOS. Hence my arrival was delayed from 3.20 PM to 12.130 AM after midnight."

Ventajas: "We were delayed about an hour and half, waited on boarding line, which were not controlled and people kept cutting in, buses to tarmac in freezing cold, no Agent at baggage recheck with short connection. They crew turn off air way too early in the cabin. People are in winter gear and cabin temperature is not comfortable. On the way to Iceland, it was too warm on the plane for the entire duration."

Desventajas: "Perhaps it's an industry-wide trend, but the flights are expensive enough to include meals; having to pay extra for alcohol is reasonable, but charging for a sandwich seems excessive. More troubling, however, is that I had to pay extra (a rather steep fee of 240 Euro) for my extra-heavy luggage, and the airline lost my bag. This fee, at the very least, should be reimbursed."

The rule about registering for a vegetarian meal 72 hours advance is ridiculous. there should always be meat-free options for people, not just vegetarians. The flight attendant was kind enough to find some fruit salad for me, out of the crew meals, but she shouldn't have to. in general they don't feel very warm or inviting."
Ventajas: "had trouble getting a ticket in the airport. was not checking a bag so they went out of their way to print one ensuring I did not have to wait in a large bag check line. seats have decent room, tv's had a great selection. food was good during the flight and staff was attentive. top 3 transatlantic flight for me(done around 20)"

Desventajas: "Boarding was chaotic; there was little to no crowd management. Row numbers were called to board the plane before the staff even seemed ready to receive them. Upon arrival you could not open the cargo doors and our luggage was delayed for almost 1.5 hours. There were several other issues with thus flight that made the overall experience a poor one. Some where beyond the control of the airline, others were not. There was a lot of room for improvement."
Ventajas: "Much better than the Rome-Dublin leg. A modern plane with entertainment. A boarding process with effective signage and flowing lines. An absolutely top-rate cabin crew. Actually enjoyable food."
Desventajas: "Really was well done: systems seem to be functioning smoothly and feedback processes are working. One thing I did note was that the waste seemed to be collected without sorting for recycling. Considering you all are on the Emerald (green) Isle, you could take up the mantle of being the "most ecological" airline in the world. It would only take a small amount of messaging."

Desventajas: "I never realized that Aer Lingus was actually a budget airline until I flew them. Price was right, but lack of leg room and things like charging for things other airlines do not, should be factored in when choosing them. There was a 2.5 hour delay and I think that passengers should have received some compensation for that. A voucher or at least a free drink, nada."

I know it was a big plane and there were a lot of us waiting, but it still seemed to take longer than expected."

Las bebidas y comida que ofrece el avión tiene un gran costo

Deben renovar los aviones para vuelos tan largos

el vuelo se canceló y nadie de Kayak ni de British Airways me informó.

Se perdió la conexión por el retraso en el aeropuerto. Apenas se está tomando hoy un vuelo con escala y cambio de aerolíneas. Doce horas en el aeropuerto de Londres para conseguir uno.

El vuelo se retrasó en casi 2 horas

Nada. Por culpa de un retraso en un primer vuelo con vosotros perdí el segundo.

El embarque fue complicado por que estaban con poco personal y había una sola persona chequeando la documentación del control sanitario, lo cual terminó retrasando la salida del vuelo. El viaje en sí después fue aceptable.

Compre el vuelo con British para hacer Tirana a Londres y Londres a Madrid, y por separado Madrid a Montevideo. Al hacer 3l check in British no quizo mandarme la valija derecho a Montevideo acotando que la tenía que levantar en Madrid, aunque hubo un caso en que si lo hicieron. Ellos sólo me dieron el ticket a Londres, y no el otro a Madrid como hacen siempre, alegando que era por que era con ellos pero operado por Iberia, cosa que me ha pasado con anterioridad de volar con otra compañía asociada pero nunca no me dieron el ticket. Lo cual después me dificultó la pasada por control ya que yo no tenía prueba de que iba a hacer solo escala en Londres, tuve que hacer el check in online, y menos mal que me dejó. El personal no fue muy amable que digamos y el vuelo en sí un griterío de niños al unísono llorando y corriendo por los pasillos como salvajes. Además de que la mitad del personal y los pasajeros se sacaban el tapabocas y nadie les decía nada.

Desventajas: "Conexión perdido porqué falta tiempo par recoger la maleta como me dejaron en rio."

Por culpa de ellos he perdido el Avión del Jueves 11 por la razón que me informaron que mi vuelo era con América Airlines pero al dirigirme a América éstos me expresaron que no era con ellos sino con British. Nuevamente fui con British y se igual forma no sabían de mi reservación..tanto América Airlines como British aún que haya llegado tres horas antes de la salida. No me solucionaba ni una ni otra al punto que llegó el momento que se fue mi vuelo. Pero Dios es grande y una señora de British se compareció de mí y me ayudó.Salí a Roma el viernes 12. Al regreso la misma história sólo que en otro país otro idioma..La.gente de British me dijo que aparecía Cancelado mi vuelo cuando ninca lo cancele.. Al contrario estuve pendiente de hacer el chekpoin en linea pero nunca pude entrar a su página aparecia cómo "error". A mi salida fue un calvario me hicieron dormir en Roma para salir al siguiente día pero por América Airlines..Estuve a punto de no llegar a tiempo a la cobertura periodística en el Vaticano. Son un chiste esta Aerolínea no la recomiendo ya que ni tienen un Counter para soluciones al clientes en Roma."

Como fui varias veces a tratar de que me ayudaran una de las Counter le dijo a su companera que no me atendiera que yo tenia que pagar un boleto y ya. Pero gracias a Dios una de ellas me ayudo pero igual el vuelo ya no lo podía tomar pero también dijo que parecía una persona de beneficiencia cuándo mi boleto ya estaba pagado de ida y vuelta yo no fui a pedir limosnas sino mis derecho como Cliente."

El trato del personal deTAP es excelente.

El viaje es muy cómodo y la atención del personal inmejorable.

Demora de una hora. Tuvimos que despachar el único carry on que teníamos. Nos hicieron esperar 25 minutos en el bus para ir al avion.

Todo bien, sólo falta de SERVICIO por parte del personal en el aeropuerto

Pesimo u retraso sin explicación de más de 3 hrs. El personal no hablaba español súper limitado... snacks de lonche no pensados en todas las culturas

Vuelo cancelado y después de horas de cola no nos dieron ni hotel ni nada para pasar la noche hasta el vuelo reasignado al día siguiente.

Espacio entre filas es muy ajustado. El proceso de check-in fue excesivamente largo, 1:15 hr, sólo habia 2 counter para hacer check-in. Después el proceso de boarding también fue muy desorganizado.

El vuelo estuvo tranquilo.

Comida

Conexión mínima y el personal de la Aerolínea poco amables . Los asientos son muy apretados, la comida muy insípida

Nos asignaron en una nueva aerolínea KLN, donde corrimos para no perder el vuelo ya que tenía 15 minutos para abordar mi madre de 65 años y yo. Corrí en buscar las maletas ya registradas y hacer el procedimiento de check in y pierda de abordar para legar a tiempo. Gracias a Dios no perdimos el vuelo. Pero KLN nos indicaron que ellos no sabían de la cancelación y que no se hacían responsables del hospedaje. Al buscar en el aeropuerto de Holanda TAP AIR PORTUGAL no se hizo responsable. Por lo tanto pague una noche extra €45. Mas el servicio de taxi. En fin. Solo espero que me ayuden con la devolución de una noche por medio de TAP AIR PORTUGAL."
