Overall experience is good. Except that the one of the assistant ground attendant during my check in is quite annoying when i asked her only one question, something regading the boardong pass. She should be more helpful and accommodating not arrogant.

A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
Desventajas: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"

Desventajas: "I am yet to find an airline that has any semblance of comfort in economy class for someone 6’ 2”, and that isn’t even tall! It would seem that the seats should be tall enough not to have the headrest push on my shoulders.....such as making it adjustable enough to be used as a headrest."

Desventajas: "Boarding is a bit chaotic. Only people at the front of the queue can see the correct places to stand, so many people were trying to push in the front of the queue because the signs weren't visible from some angles or from far away. Basically couldn't see the inflight safety videos from my seat (17K) because of the curvature of the overhead bins and positions of the few screens (no seat-back monitors)."
Ventajas: "Both segments Houston to Narita and Narita to Vietnam were pleasant. The seats are spacious, food was fine (nothing exquisite but good enough!). Flight attendants are very attentive. Waster and snacks were provided between meals."
Desventajas: "It was difficult to understand English announcements on board. Also there wasn’t adequate instructions in Vietnamese. Majority of passengers are Vietnamese family with small children. My suggestion is that instructions in Vietnamese should be made more often to avoid chaos particularly when deplane."

Ventajas: "Didn't realize I'm flying united airlines. Nowhere on my itinerary was it mentioned. The whole time I thought I'm with ANA all the way"
Desventajas: "The flight itself was good but booking with bayaan, never again. I have used kayak many times but for the first time since I booked vayama changed me flight 6 times. They also could have mentioned my first 2 legs of my flight was with united. I tried to check in online thru ANA, couldn't go thru with many attempts until finally I called and the agent mentioned to check in thru united."

Desventajas: "I don't like that I had to gate check my carry on because the overhead bins were too small but it wan't a big deal."
Desventajas: "The crew was very polite, the best that I have ever seen . I noticed this polite behavior in all Japanese service people in Japan too. Very gracious, It is in their culture. The only problem for me in such a long trip it was that the chairs couldn't move back for a more relaxed position, but overall it was very good ."
Ventajas: "As always, the Japanese customer service is wonderful - I have no complaints in that department!"
Desventajas: "The boarding process is pretty annoying....they do not board until minutes before the flight time and we still had to take a bus to the actual plane. We took off late (which, personally, at this point, I had just been on a 14 hour flight plus the 2 hours layover) - a delay just added to the exhaustion. Also, the plane was very old and very hot...even though it was only a one hour flight, it was very uncomfortable and outdated."
Desventajas: "Flight attendants didn't speak English; no amenities provided (toothbrush, eye kit, etc.) like Etihad and Qatar provide in economy. There weren't a lot of meal options. There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."
Ventajas: "I liked that each seat had a foot rest. The food was very good you get a haaggen dazs ice cream during one of the meals. The food wasn't filling but that's to be expected so bring snacks if your own. The flight was smooth no issues and the flight attendants were very attentive. Had a tv with movies and the personal tv also had games like a game system."
Desventajas: "I disliked that the seating did not have its own personal air. At times I would get hot."
Ventajas: "They passed by me when they served the meals because they thought I had it already which it was someone behind me who got his meal since he had a special meal request. So I ended up to talk to them that I haven’t had my meal yet. It was embarrassing moment for me. They seemed thinking that I lied to them."
Desventajas: "They are well trained crews so I have no better ideas about improvements"
Ventajas: "Everything is perfect, the crew services are very warm and professional, I strongly believe that Singapore airlines is the best in world as I tried many airlines but I don’t see like their them, I will strongly recommend and I will be their customer for any flight to Far East inshaallah."
Desventajas: "I recommend if they can provide paid massage service ( not complementary)at the suits class for long trip because there’s enough space to do it , I’m very glad to congratulate them for the level of service they reached ."

Desventajas: "Waiting on line to check in was more than a half hour although there were probably only 10 people ahead of me. Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

Ventajas: "For medium range flights SQ uses A330s. Business class is really OK, not great. Each passenger can freely choose any configuration of the seat without inconveniencing others. Food is great, both in presentation and taste, and serve with refined courtesy... I will gladly fly on this aircraft again on my way back."
Desventajas: "The entertainment system has literally hundreds of choices -- many, many movies for all tastes under the sky. But there is one drawback. Each movie starts, not when you are ready, but when the system is ready ; you cannot pause, resume it, no fast-forward..."

Ventajas: "I would definitely fly with Singapore again. Their staff is super attentive, they have lots of options for in-flight entertainment and things generally went smoothly. I didn't sign up for a special allergy meal ahead of time but they were able to accommodate me anyways."
Desventajas: "The food was overcooked, mushy and tasted old. The seats were small and didn't recline very much. I think these things are kind of normal now on most airlines."

The check in guy were being difficult just for four lb extra and made us check in one bag which caused us inconvenience later going through baggage claim. Inside the flight passengers had heavier luggage."

The pilot kept us informed of departure and arrival time, how long we had to our destination and keeping us safe when it was turbulent. Asking everyone to buckle down and for us to remain in our seats. Even the crew who was serving had to sit down."
Desventajas: "The crew who were attending us, did not smile or even made eye contact. They seemed like robots while serving us. After we had our first meal, many of us went to sleep, but they did not come around to offer us water or any type of beverage or snack. We had to go to the back of the plane or ask then to get water and snacks. The snacks were lacked variety and quality."

Desventajas: "For the overnight flight, they crank the AC up, like way up, which is good and helps you sleep IF you have a good blanket. The blanket provided is kind of short (unless you're short) so bring your own. I brought my own microfiber which fits in my back pack and I can pull it out. It covers a lot more area and so I was super comfortable."

Desventajas: "With the new security rules for flights to the US, they took my water bottle at the gate during boarding. I was dehydrated during the whole flight. The small cup of water they give during the flight is not enough for me."

Ventajas: "We were booked on "S" class fares, which meant no seat selection until 48 hours before departure. However, we were able to get aisle seats with no problem. The crew was wonderful, service was great, and entertainment exceeded expectations."

It was probably the worst airline food I've ever had, and I travel very frequently. When we arrived back at JFK from our trip, it took over 2 hours for our luggage to arrive at baggage claim."

This much appreciated, but I wondered why a restaurant worker was doing this, not airline staff. Being delayed into Osaka, the captain kindly told us that buses were arranged. Good! I thought, until the organization was seen. Ground staff were no where to be seen. Eventually found them huddled at one arrival gate directling passengers to buses. Other passengers at the other arrival gate similarly swirling around without info or help. staff unhelpful, rude, uncaring. SHOCKED by level of incompetence."
