Ventajas: "My first time to fly with Korean Air and I would not hesitate to fly with Korean Air again. The plane has a lot of leg room, aisle is not cramp to move around. It was a long flight, but the flight attendants made it worthwhile. They were very attentive to your needs with exceptional service. The food selection was good. Overall the best flight I've ever had flying overseas."
Desventajas: "Maybe the chair in economy can be a lot more comfortable. Chair is sturdy lack of cushion and back support. People like me who has mobility limitation and bad lower back is difficult coz it adds more discomfort on my end. Hopefully, one day the chair can be more comfortable."

Got a hard time on the weight of my carry-on being more than 7kg although I had to point out that my ticket allowed me two bags that were 23kg each - I had nothing to check. Eventually, when I pointed out that I could wear enough of the clothes from the carry on, they agreed to let me take it on. On board, the service was cold, bland and infrequent. The entertainment system lost sound perhaps 20 minutes into the flight."

The blanket provided is kind of short (unless you're short) so bring your own. I brought my own microfiber which fits in my back pack and I can pull it out. It covers a lot more area and so I was super comfortable."

Ventajas: "The entire crew was excellent in all areas and all the time even on a 14 hour flight that had been delayed for about 20 hours."
Desventajas: "When we arrived in Auckland very late, Air New Zealand out me up in a third rate hotel in a very bad part of the city with little to no communication on how to get back to the airport the next day. The customer service number I was given, was mo help at all. Flights were great, but the way they handled the unexpected was very poorly done."

Desventajas: "There are no personal air vents. I was sweating for 3/4 of the flight and had to ask for the air to be turned down 3 times. The air vents they do have point inwards and do not get the window seats at all. Hope the return flight is better"

Ventajas: "The crew was super nice and so accommodating. They were all quickly available during the entire 14 hour flight, and always had a smile. I thought the food was nice as well, and there were so many entertainment options."

Ventajas: "As has been my prior experience with Air New Zealand, I found the trip to be virtually flawless. The boarding process was smooth and efficient, the crew was great and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, the food was good, and I had lots of choices on the IFE system. For flying cattle class on a 15 hour flight, I arrived reasonably rested and content."
Desventajas: "My only complaint is that the extra $60 I had to pay in order to get a window seat got me just that. There was no additional room either length- or width-wise and no other advantages other than the window. I would not pay for that "privilege" again and I'm sorry to see that ANZ has stooped to the level of its American counterparts."

I really wish the other three crews could have kept this momentum going as my other flights with ANZ were less than thrilling! The flight attendant staff was phenomenal on my iah to akl leg. My crew on the akl to iah leg. Brandon gave the initial intro and seemed to follow the original crews standards. Unfortunately, we had an older flight attendant who seemed less than thrilled to be with us this flight."
Desventajas: "I wish I could give a true rating of ANZ as their crews apparently don't follow any protocol for providing the same exceptional service received on my maiden flight with them."

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.
Ventajas: "La tripulación es muy buena. El asiento no es el problema, sino la incomodidad que aporte la persona vecina."

Desventajas: "Houston airport qatar airways check in office has 4 counters and 2 were for people who electronically checked in and they were only a few and other 2 counters were for the huge line. Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"
