El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "Had a jumpy screen for a while and the headsets were a bit sensitive with the sound dropping on and off. The controls were on the top of the arm rest which my husband kept accidentally knocking. Changing channels, turning up the volume etc."
Desventajas: "My boyfriend and I paid extra to have our seats next to our friends and each other, and they messed up on all 4 flights we had. The first flight they couldn't even make it right and the service lady was very rude and not helpful. I hope I never have to use their service in the future. They should take a page from Alaska Airlines whose service is always amazing."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"
