The hostesses I felt were a bit sexist, perhaps due to being Korean. I asked for a glass of wine for myself and a whiskey on the rocks for my boyfriend. He was served a hefty glass 1st, and I was given my drink 2nd, which was a very small pour. I asked for more wine and was given only a tiny bit more."

Ventajas: "The plane was delayed but we appreciated Korean Airlines having staff waiting for all passengers that needed to catch their next flight. They helped us navigate through the airport to our connecting flight and sped us through security so we did not have to wait in line behind passengers that were not in a rush."

Ventajas: "I flew from Tokyo to Seoul on Korea Air. I was very impressed by how comfortable the airplane was. It had the most leg room of any flight that I have taken in recent memory. The entertainment system worked well and had a number of good options for movies and TV shows in English. Korea Air served a nice lunch on the flight which was a mix of Western and Korean food."
Desventajas: "The flight had a large number of young children on board. At any one time, at least one of them was crying. But I can't blame Korea Airlines for this problem."

Ventajas: "This was my first trip abroad and Korean Air made it extremely enjoyable! I greatly enjoyed the pillow, blanket, overall hospitality, the continuous offers of food, snacks, and drinks. The planes were very nice and didn't seem over crowded. Ticket and baggage clerks were amazing!"

The aircraft was an Airbus 380-800 and each seat in coach had legroom, a USB charger, access to 110AC, and an individual screen that had games, tv, movies for me and the family. Great airplane, crew, and 13.5 hour flight. Additionally, Incheon International (S. Korea) is in my Top 2 airports of all time."
Desventajas: "The tickets were bought many months in advance and the flight itinerary changed about 6 times during the months. I understand this completely, but each change had me checking the details of each stop to see what exactly changed. Most of the time the changes were 10 mins here, 10 mins there. It would be nice for the changes to be BOLD or something."

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "While waiting in the check-in line, it would be better if one of the crew would come and ask the travellers if they have got everything. cause I had my Covid test and it was negative. However, they said that my final destination place won't accept my test. rather me waiting on the line that was not moving ahead at all, I could have sort things out some way. So, it would be nice if the crew would come to the passenger on the line just to make sure they have everything right."

Desventajas: "They weighed carry on baggage and made me pay extra. No other airline does that. The check in crew at LAX were not friendly at all. No hot towel service after boarding. Food served was very small portion, not enough. Only 2 meal service during 16 hour flight. Not enough beverage service in between."

Desventajas: "The passenger sitting next to me was really sick due to flu. When i explained the situation and asked for masks to the attendant, you guys did not have even one. I was disappointed with that. I think the flight should have some for these kinds of situation so that other passengers can protect themselves. Thanks."
