El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Flight itself played Mission Impossible 4, then a kid's cartoon, then nothing the remaining 5 hours. Very uncomfortable for those who can't sleep on planes."

Face mask might be offered to passangers who coughed much of the journey causing concern about sharing germs in air that is already still. Food and toilet areas were smelly towards end of flight."

Desventajas: "I did not like the fact that there was no WiFi on the flight. I also did not like the fact that the selection of movies was quite limited and not very recent. Finally, I did not like the fact that there was very little service on the flight. I would have liked to see more beverages (hot and cold) offered throughout the flight, and the clearing of meals done more rapidly."

Desventajas: "I asked for a window seat and I have platinum card. I was told to check at the counter. The counter lady said there is no window seat available and the whole row of three seats was empty! As soon as I entered the flight it had an urine like odor through out the flight. I travel a lot in this airline and this is the first flight that had that odor. I will fly again and if that continues I will consider changing the airline."
Ventajas: "I always prefer international travel because there is always better service, storage for luggage and of course: food! It’s the old standard of flying. Too bad it only happens across oceans. The experience of flying in a Dreamliner was pretty cool in coach, first class looked more like the dream. Quite a massive difference!"

Salumos con dos hiras de retraso respecto al horario previsto
Llegamos con 5 horas de retraso respecto al horario previsto. Quiero poner una reclamación.

Se perdió la conexión por el retraso en el aeropuerto. Apenas se está tomando hoy un vuelo con escala y cambio de aerolíneas. Doce horas en el aeropuerto de Londres para conseguir uno.
La llegada a Londres y el apoyo para arreglar la pérdida de la conexión fue una tortura. Más de 12 horas para conseguir un vuelo y súmale luego conseguir un hotel para una noche en Londres. British Airways esta desbordado y el aeropuerto más!
El vuelo se retrasó en casi 2 horas
Nada. Por culpa de un retraso en un primer vuelo con vosotros perdí el segundo.
El embarque fue complicado por que estaban con poco personal y había una sola persona chequeando la documentación del control sanitario, lo cual terminó retrasando la salida del vuelo. El viaje en sí después fue aceptable.
Compre el vuelo con British para hacer Tirana a Londres y Londres a Madrid, y por separado Madrid a Montevideo. Al hacer 3l check in British no quizo mandarme la valija derecho a Montevideo acotando que la tenía que levantar en Madrid, aunque hubo un caso en que si lo hicieron. Ellos sólo me dieron el ticket a Londres, y no el otro a Madrid como hacen siempre, alegando que era por que era con ellos pero operado por Iberia, cosa que me ha pasado con anterioridad de volar con otra compañía asociada pero nunca no me dieron el ticket. Lo cual después me dificultó la pasada por control ya que yo no tenía prueba de que iba a hacer solo escala en Londres, tuve que hacer el check in online, y menos mal que me dejó. El personal no fue muy amable que digamos y el vuelo en sí un griterío de niños al unísono llorando y corriendo por los pasillos como salvajes. Además de que la mitad del personal y los pasajeros se sacaban el tapabocas y nadie les decía nada.

Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."
