Un gran servicio. Debes estar atento en todo momento porque no hay avisos pero de ahí en más todo increíble.

La atencion miy buena. Todo bien. El desayuno no me gustó
El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Siguen pidiendo mascarilla durante el vuelo. Ya nadie pide. Es muy insoportable estar 15 hs usándola

En el embarque no hay contacto con personal por ser automatizado que acelera el trámite evitando posibles retrasos, intervienen para solucionar problemas. El vuelo operó en horario."

No nos sirvieron desayuno ni café antes de llegar a destino a la vielta.
La comida podría mejorar la calidad. El plato de pollo con arroz era algo picante y no nos avisaron.

Flight itself played Mission Impossible 4, then a kid's cartoon, then nothing the remaining 5 hours. Very uncomfortable for those who can't sleep on planes."

Desventajas: "Broken suitcase. I have traveled quite a bit with these hard sided suitcases over the past six years and witnessed some pretty rough handling. None of that caused any damage, so I am not sure what they did to break one down the entire length."

The entertainment equipment on the aircraft was not working and my wife and I were not able to see a movie or anything. Not a good way to take a long flight. It did not seem like they were particularly into providing a pleasant experience for passengers."

It has been 5 days since our flight and while I am happy to say the bags have been "found", they still have not been returned to us. If all goes well, we should have the bags later today, but it's tough sledding to go for 6 days without any of your things."

Desventajas: "Speakers for entertainment were ridiculous, poor ear speakers made it impossible to hear selection. I opted to use my own ear buds and iPad for entertainment. Seating was very poor for an overnight flight I expected more room and at least would have liked to sleep with my head on the tray but with the passenger in front of me leaned back there was barely enough room to get up and use the bathroom"

Desventajas: "The flight left about three hours late, which isn't really anyone's fault, but it would have been nice to be told more specifically what was going on (what the problem was, estimated time it will take, maybe ensure passengers that the airline is aware of all their connecting flights and are already placing them on new flights)"

Desventajas: "I don't like that if I get sick and have to go to a hospital and have to change travel dates, Aer Lingus has no policy to reimburse me for the flights I can't make. So I buy new tickets and lose the money on the old tickets. That is terrible customer service and makes other airlines more attractive."
Desventajas: "Aer Lingus lost my husband's baggage and 3 weeks later it has not been found. We had to buy all new clothes, inc a new suit for our wedding which is what we were traveling for."
