Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."

Desventajas: "Use to love this airline now I only take it when I need to since we are now charged for every little thing, carry on, online check in, pick your seat, you don’t even get a little snack of pretzels anymore, only get to buy a snack for 5x more than what they actually cost. No thanks. Never again."

Ventajas: "I really appreciate that you continue to honor those of us who have or are serving in the military by allowing us to board early. It is very humbling to be shown this preferential treatment, but it says something very good about Sun Country, so thanks for doing it."

Desventajas: "It would have been nice if the pilot would have announced what we were flying over. There was beautiful scenery that I couldn't identify."

Desventajas: "Did not like that we couldn't print boarding passes from home. Had to check in at counter. On return trip, an overnight trip, we were told that there were no seats together so paid for exit row tickets. In flight there were plenty of seats empty. A passenger from somewhere else used ALL 3 of the exit rows seats in front of us to lay down and sleep. They did NOT pay for those seats. We did. No snacks offered. Calling Sun Country, the hold time was more than an hour."

Los alimentos es proporcionan están fríos y de muy mala calidad, mejor que no den alimentos durante este vuelo."
