Ventajas: "From Atlanta to Manila we were served 2 meals. The time gap between the two servings is just too long. For a 14 hour trip the first meal was just after take off and the second about 2-3 hours before landing. The snack was too small of which we were made to choose : a banana, a bread and a brownie."
Desventajas: "Adding more to the food. And also if crew can check on passengers who lie down in economy as if they are in business class taking space of the other passengers making it uncomfortable."

Ventajas: "Korean Air has top notch service from crew members. Very kind and accommodating. They will really go out their way to make you feel comfortable. They also serve food on the short flight which not all airlines do between Korea and Japan. Seats are also comfortable; more leg room than other airlines."
Desventajas: "They only gave a tuna rice ball, which I couldn’t eat because I am vegan. I wish they were more accommodating for people who eat other kinds of diets."

Ventajas: "Great service, good meals and frequent beverages at no charge. From the paper slippers to the warm wash clothes that were passed around at one point, I’ve never been better taken care of on a plane. Passengers comfort was taken into high consideration."

Desventajas: "The flight delay forced us to run from one end of the Incheon Intl Airport to another to catch our connecting flight."

Desventajas: "I missed my connection because of fog. (Obviously a problem they could not fix, so I’m not upset about that.) I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

Ventajas: "Bags were not checked through to Cebu because of the 10+ hr layover. Had to go out to arrival area to follow up on bag transfer. Korean Air wouldnt issue my boarding pass for my INC to CEB flight at LAX so I have to get in line again at the Korean Air check- in counter in INC then was told to go to Jin Air since it was operated by them. Jin Air wouldn't issue a boarding pass because my flight was at 8 AM the following day. I ended up sleeping at the predept area until the counter opened."
Ventajas: "Really loved the KAL transit lounge area of the airport. Took a four hour nap in the nap area on arrival. Then was able to shower and clean up. All provided free. Great Airport."

Ventajas: "I really like the plane. It was my first time on an A380 and despite its size and volume of passengers, everything went well. Staff was excellent and helpful and the entertainment selections really good."

Ventajas: "Plane did not have vents, it was about 80 in the plane too hot. When it was mentioned, crew could do nothing about it"

Ventajas: "I fly a lot of Asian airlines. This was my first time with KE. Overall, I'd say the food was OK, and I'm not particularly choosy. But the flight from Seoul to JFK was just beef and seafood and a Korean Rice Bowl. Pretty limited. If you're a veggie, I'd suggest putting in for a veggie meal."

Ventajas: "I loved the caring & attentiveness of all the flight attendants, the individual videos for each seat, the spaciousness between seats, & the complimentary wine service. My flying experience in Coach felt like other carriers First Class. Can't wait to fly again."

Desventajas: "The lady behind my seat was big and with her purse I couldn't move my seat back enough. I'm a big man so I need more recline ability."
