Eyecover, toothbrush/paste, etc) on long-haul flights for other airlines. 2) Felt ripped off paying $50 for "preferred economy" seats that looked/felt identical to standard economy seats. Should be marketed as just priority boarding."

No flight delay message to explain when boarding time was long overdue. In particular, for the Auckland - Vancouver flight, one ground staff was telling economy passengers (in rather rude express) they were in the wrong line except there was never announcement. Overall, disappointed."

Desventajas: "I double booked the flight on Nov 27 to Sydney from Queenstown through Kayak while I had another flight booked on the same date to Christchurch from Auckland for the same 2 people and Kayak did not warn me that I had already booked the flight on the 27th. It was my fault but I would appreciate if Kayak warned me. Otherwise all is good. Thanks"

Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto nos trataron muy bien. Es una aerolinea diferente y con altos estandares de calidad y de servicio.

El pase de abordar marcaba DOH, cuando llegué al aeropuerto me dijeron que mi vuelo salía de HIA, por lo que tuve que pagar un taxi para moverme de aeropuerto. La respuesta de la aerolinea fue: "lamentamos el inconveniente".
No permiten la facturación en línea de grupos. Por tanto al facturar en el aeropuerto terminábamos sentados en filas centrales y esperados.

Desventajas: "Our international flight was delayed by over 2 hours. When we called to rebook our connection flight from Brisbane to Cairns, the agent on the phone told us they were unable to help us. The online website also did not allow us to rebook. When we got to Brisbane, the only flight remaining for us was a flight 2hours later with connection. Also, the phone jack was so poor that half of the time you couldn’t hear the movie."

But the airline did not plan ahead and was understaffed to take care of the individuals on the airline to speed up the process of waiting in lines. They knew we were coming and still only had 2 individuals on staff to take care of hundreds of people so the lines were longer than needed to be. Poor planning and accommodating of individuals during this time has made me not want to fly with this airline again."
Ventajas: "Seriously, in all my years of flying this was the best experience I've ever had - and that includes comparing my Economy ticket at Qantas to previous First Class flights with Delta and US Air. Very coordinated, very well setup and prepared. The stewards were wonderful. Food and service outstanding through the entire 13hr flight."

Then I needed to call the embassy about a required visa as a visitor. None of this was presented before. I have not traveled to Australia before, so I had no idea this needed to be done. As of now I am still at home trying to find a solution to this requirement."

I realize these things happen, but earlier notification would have prevented an 8 hour stay in the airport. The seats are pretty close together for a 3.5 hour flight. After hearing a lot of positive comments about Qantas, this was not a great first impression"

Todo estuvo mal. Cancelaron el vuelo a Puebla, cambiamos el vuelo a Cd de Mex y ya en el Avión nos bajaron por qué no había piloto, ademas ya para salir después de la demora no teníamos designado pista. Pedimos asientos buenos ya que teníamos plus y nos dieron los que no se inclinan!!!!

Desventajas: "El vuelo Bogotá - Newark es muy incómodo, el 737 es muy pequeño para ese vuelo y estaba repleto, no hay suficiente espacio entre sillas."

Ventajas: "Porque el personal de United es tan viejo, con tan mala presentación?"
Desventajas: "Porque el servicio mínimo de alimentación es tan malo? Dan medio vaso de agua, jugo o refresco. Ni siquiera dan la lata entera. En viajes incluso menores en otras aerolíneas dan mejores servicios de alimentación."

Ventajas: "La tripulación muy atenta y simpáticas. Los pilotos hacen un gran esfuerzo por despegar a tiempo."
Desventajas: "1- No me gusto, las dos veces que he volado el porta equipaje en el avión está lleno. 2- la señora que me atendió para ayudarme a chequear mis maletas en las máquinas realmente no me atendió, me dejó sola porque se enojó y no imprimir el ticket de abordar y casi pierdo el avión porque tuve que bajar e imprimir y hacer la fila de nuevo para pasar inmigración. Eso realmente no me gustó"

Desventajas: "Todo lo anterior y lo peor que en ningúna línea aérea me había pasado fui víctima de un robo a mi equipaje del cual se llevaron pertenencias mías nuevas dejándome todo mi equipaje como si buscarán algo dinero o joyas sólo pudieron llevarse perfume,ropa,zapatos, cigarros,y bocina inalámbrico y hasta lo que me puedo acordar no es posible que en una línea aérea con prestigio sucedan estas cosas"
