Desventajas: "I was in the last group being boarded (D) - by the time it gets to this group it seems a kind of controlled pandemonium starts and the staff just do their best to herd people in. I have an Alaska Air credit card and one of the selling points was to board earlier, but that has not been the case, as they reserve this for their higher level customers, whatever that means. Also, on this flight, I was very unimpressed with the crew, there was a younger African American man, who was particularly unfriendly, he clearly needs remedial training in customer service. I was disappointed with my experience this time as I have mostly found the crews to be very professional."

Ventajas: "Lo que me gustó del vuelo es que a diferencia de otras aerolíneas, en esta tienes tu propia pantalla frente a ti, con un control que esta en la recargada del brazo, mas aparte te dan un pequeño snack el cual consiste en unas papas y agua, refresco o jugo. Es un buen precio el que se paga para lo que se ofrece."
Desventajas: "Lo que no me gusta es de primera, que ya te cobren por la maleta documentada, así sea la primera pieza. Que cambien de sala de abordar a la mera hora. Y que aunque ya había yo seleccionado mi asiento desde que compre el boleto cuando hice el check in me volvió a mandar la opción de seleccionar un asiento, marcando el lugar que desde un principio había elegido, ya como ocupado."

Estaba corriendo para poder abordar el vuelo y después cambiaron el capitán y un señal de salida roto y esperaron últimos detalles del vuelo…estábamos esperando en el avión para una hora.

I was able to confirm 5 of 6 tickets but when I tried to finish #6 I ended up in some iPhone Safari glitch that wouldn't let me finish the confirmation even though the final step of seat selection was done. Couldn't find where the "electronic" boarding passes were stored. There seems to be no specific APP like Delta's which worked like a charm."

Ventajas: "Can't really complain re: a direct flight for less than other airlines charge for a flight with layovers. Large, comfortable plane with good food. $25 for an exit row seat was worthwhile as I had 4 rows(!) to myself. Flight attendants were great."

When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."
Desventajas: "I know that this is something that can't be done because people will get upset with this (parents) but I think that there should be a rule that babies and small children should not be allowed on flights that leave at 11:55 pm and arrive at 5 am. I wanted to sleep like many others on the flight but it was hard to with a screaming baby. If an adult started screaming or crying they would be detained. I actually would be willing to pay more to have a flight that is 21+ to avoid listening to a baby"

Desventajas: "1. I booked my parent's seat through Kayak, for 2 person, same flight, same time but their seats were apart and they had to seat separately 2. My dad asked the crew to put their seat next to each other at check-in but the crew ignored 3. My dad took a seat as given, then flight attendant came and told my dad that he had to move to another, more uncomfortable seat because there is someone on wheelchair has to take my dad's seat! In that case, don't they have to save a seat for wheelchair person in advance? Without asking properly, they just said my dad has to move. Very rude and poor customer service!"

Desventajas: "In short spent 6-plus hours over 2 week period on hold waiting for customer service because their computer system would not allow any changes or updates online. Could not add contact information or TSA Pre-check information (had to call); could not choose seats (had to call), could not check-in online (had to go to airport extra early and stand in line even though we were not checking baggage. Could not get anything from website without calling and sitting on hold for: minimum 25 minute and maximum was over 2 hours on hold and got disconnected after the first hour. Based on my conversations with agents, this was because of a changeover to NEW IMPROVED website! Ya right. None of their existing bookings at the time of the changeover (at the end of May) and some bookings that were made after that could update info, get seats assigned, view updated info, or check in online. Total BS! They were aware of these issues and did nothing to correct them. This should be cause for a class action lawsuit. Unconscionable! Will never fly them again due to their incompetence."

Retraso de 3 horas y no tuvieron la cortesía de dar bebidas o comida gratis para los pasajeros después de tenernos 3 horas en Las Vegas. Teniendo que arribar a Bellingham a las 2:20 am

Ventajas: "Boarding is always a pleasure out of Provo, with no security wait and a pleasant crew. The plane we took was a newer model, and is similar to many Fronteir and economy Delta planes. Unfortunately that means that even a short one-hour flight leaves pains."
Desventajas: "Our ride was very turbulent, whether that’s due to weather or pioloting I’m not sure. Either way it would have been wonderful to have a free cup of water. Sat for de-icing for about 20 minutes before takeoff."

Ventajas: "Everyone from desk to gate to crew were very friendly. I like alla carte airlines for thier value. I dont need a free soda for and extra $100 ticket price."

Desventajas: "Bought flight insurance. Had to cancel within one week due to mom's health issues. Could not get a refund without her Dr.'s signature, which was impossible for me to do. Therefore....lost 145.....down the drain....."
Ventajas: "Both ways were good flights. The return flight however was delayed. We did enjoy buying some tickets from a lady named Valerie in Des Moines who also later had to come on the plane and remove an intoxicated woman. She made everything so easy and simple and enjoyable. And we especially enjoyed the treatment that we received as my husband is a veteran. Thank you so much for that."

Ventajas: "Cost. I felt like I got what I paid for. With big name carriers I'm never quite sure what I'm paying for. Allegiant got me from point A to point B in the same manner. I just didn't get complimentary peanuts. And I'm quite okay with that. Seating, space, cleanliness was the same as other carriers. As long as Allegiant maintains their planes I'll keep flying with them."

Desventajas: "The Plane WAS NOT CLEAN! The turn around of the plane was so short that you guys did not take the time to vacuum the interior of the plane. My seat and other seats in my row was full of cookie crumbs and sticky food from the previous passengers. It was totally disgusting. Yuck !!"
