Desventajas: "The way we got treated in a bad situation , we knew deicing needed to be done, and were told we were 8th in the que, this was shortly after 10 AM. This was followed with an announcement the ground crew was too busy and couldn't push us off . This either BS or an inept crew or management or both. All kinds of planes got sevice except us. Something is not being treated fairly. I am highly disappointed,"

Desventajas: "I wish the staff were more helpful regarding my infant carrier & stroller as I was travelling solo with a 3 month old & struggled to manage things. Eventually another passenger assisted."

Ventajas: "Friendly Staff. Comfortable aircraft with good legroom: Boeing 737-800"
Desventajas: "Was stuck in the aircraft for over 1 hour after landing at Toronto Pearson International, close to Terminal 3. Due to no available Ground Crew to receive us."
Ventajas: "Nothing"
Desventajas: "Everything! Staff were horrible"

Ventajas: "It was a last minute trip, but I was able to bookwhat I needed fairly easy. I was given a lot of options as far as time and price."
Desventajas: "Sometime a lot of options can be a little stressful and/or overwhelming, but kind of expected with this type of booking site."
Mi luggage is lost
Todo excelente y servicio de primera.
Distancia entre pasajeros muy buena con asientos libres entre cada dos. El entretenimiento a bordo nulo. Accesos wifi pero de pago. Toda la comida de pago.
Desventajas: "SAS had simply cancelled the flight and is effectively unreachable for the refund."

Desventajas: "When I booked the flight, it did not say that I was not allowed to check any bags. My wife and I had one each, and it costed us €140 total to bring the luggage. If I had known there was a slightly more expensive ticket that would have allowed us to check a luggage each, I would of course have chosen that. Very poor information provided."

Desventajas: "No snack with beverage before dinner, no choice of food , On connecting flight Kopenhagen-Krakow only Coffee/tea, no snack again, for passenger going over see very poor !!!!"

Desventajas: "since all tickets and passports are checked in advance and do not need to be scanned again when boarding, they really should start boarding from the back of the aircraft (after all the business, first-class, and priority folks) because it would really speed things up the main meal was good, but the snack was much smaller compared to my flight from Chicago to Stockholm"
Ventajas: "The flight attendants were very nice and on the cross continent part of our flight we had dinner and breakfast served. Lots of leg room."

Desventajas: "no vegetarian food I am always told should have ordered at booking but this option is always made obscure, difficult or impossible too cramped and plain full to capacity"

Desventajas: "My luggage didn't show up for five days of a 7 day trip from a direct flight! SAS was completely useless by phone, email, and Facebook.... They set up a phone line that nobody monitors and had my luggage in-country for days before even sending someone to deliver it"

Desventajas: "The food options need improvements. The portion and items are not tasty or plentiful."
Desventajas: "That I didn't make it to Chicago the day I planned. My first leg had computer issues in Rome which pushed the flight back 4 hours which then made me miss my connecting flight. Had to stay a night in Copenhagen and fly out at 1540 the next day."
Desventajas: "Because the airport was under construction, the area to wait to board was very barren and without bathrooms. We had to take a very crowded bus to the airplane."

Ventajas: "I tried to check in a 30 lbs suitcase. There was no gate and they asked me to carry the check in plus my carry on down the steps to the airplane on the field. I had to refuse and then one of them carried the checkin down the steps."
Desventajas: "Not much. Bumpy flight. Lousy coffee."
