El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"

Desventajas: "I had an impression that the seats on Turkish Airline were spaced further apart in economy class compared to other airlines based on several of our past trips. This time it was very tight. Dissapointed! Hope they bring the old spacing back."

Ventajas: "From JFK to Milan, it was OK and while we were squashed cos we hadn't been given the opportunity to book a comfortable seat before check in (and there were none left by the time we checked in), the on flight entertainment was bearable. This for the flight from JFK to Dublin."
Desventajas: "The flight from Dublin to Milan was dreadful. The seats were even tighter and again we hadn't been given an opportunity to book our own seats so...there was no on flight entrainment. Very uncomfortable. Never again."

Desventajas: "I was not permitted to check in online through any website (BA, Are Lingus etc.) then I was not permitted to self-check in at a kiosk. By the time I was able to check in all that was left was a middle seat. I asked about upgrades and was told I would need to pay full price for one of those tickets. The seats are veryyy cramped, the entertainment system was outdated, the food was gross and wine was expensive."

Was under the impression i was paying for a British airline flight, not Aer Lingus - feels like a budget airline at a premium price - broken everything from chair to very poor seat design and situating, bathroom door was broken and was exposed to the toilet the whole flight -flight attendant service and attitude was beyond lousy. - never will i book from kayak or webjet every again."

Desventajas: "So many unnecessary announcements. Repeated staff on board introducing pilot and crew members twice a well hour into a red eye flight. Lights were left on for far too many hours for a flight where most are sleeping. and they were extremely bright for the window seat. airlingus made it extremely difficult to get some shut eye."
Ventajas: "Loved the entertainment system--so many great movies & tv shows to choose from but the earphones were so bad I couldn't hear any of it."

The narrow seats meant leaving an arm in the aisle, which the crew constantly ran into. The entertainment center was broken. The shepherd pie reminded me of military rations, and not in a good way. Between the tight space, reclining seats, blanket and pillow, you really have no room at sll"
