El personal de tierra donde dejas el equipaje era leeento y desagradable , más que en cualquier otra aerolínea que haya usado, y uso unas cuantas al año. El avión era muy viejo con equipamiento obsoleto, no repetiría si tuviese otra opción.
Se demoró más de la cuenta, adentro del avión era un caos. No estuvo buena la ida a Sao Paulo, la vuelta muy bien

Retraso de más de tres horas. No información en absoluto. Pérdida de conexión en Estambul por retraso. Arreglo de otro vuelo sin posibilidad de elección en absoluto. Burocracia eterna para conseguir hotel. Un desastre la forma en la que el personal se relaciona con los pasajeros. Lamentable

Tuve que salir por tierra a Armenia y de ahí comprar un nuevo billete con Air France por mi cuenta. Kayak siguió mandando mensajes de que el vuelo estaba en horario, y nunca actualizó la información que enviaba en sus alertas, como que no hubiera pasado nada. Incluso en el mapa se veía en ruta el avión cuando nunca había despegado. Tremendo"

The flight attendants don't offer drinks except with meals . They took for ever to remove the trays after the meals that passengers were trying to take them out by themselves . They don't pass by with big bags to collect any garbage ."

Desventajas: "Though happy there was kids meal provided seeing pasta in all 3 meals not very appetizing. Sweet side dish were mediocre at best. There were no snack available or provided for kids except the meal box. When requested milk for my kid some milk from flask was given which I was not comfortable giving to my son.. there were other issues but my sons comfort was the most Concerning"

There were no paper towels in the bathroom--only tissues. The food was poor and portions small even by airline standards. About 25 of us waited one hour for our bags to arrive."

Then plane got messed up so sat on first plane for an hour plus then all of us shuttled to a different airplane. I have given RJ another chance like 3 times but now I'm done with RJ for good."

Desventajas: "Waiting area for this flight is more like a hangar than a proper airline terminal - dirty carpet, florescent lights, loud. It's in stark contrast to the rest of the Amman airport which is quite comfortable and sleek."

Me impresionó positivamente que en todos los vuelos de Saudia Airlines se pongan a rezar cuando la aeronave va camino de la pista de despegue. Para un occidental es algo novedoso y, repito, agradable independientemente de que no se sea musulmán.

A computer glitch delayed the flight from departing as the crew had to manually check the passenger manifest. We arrived late into Jeddah and almost missed our connecting flight."

Desventajas: "The TVs on my first flight didn’t work, the headphones I got had one completely broken bud with no cover and the other didn’t work. And they put my luggage on the wrong plane so I have to wait an extra hour which caused me to miss my driver who was going to take me to my hotel! And to top it all off I was told to change clothes because they “weren’t appropriate”... it was just shorts and they went past my knees! I am a man and should be able to where shorts because they are comfy!"

Ventajas: "The flight boarded early and the process was very orderly. The plane was spacious, new, and had good in flight entertainment."
Desventajas: "The terminal in Jeddah was the worst. There weren’t sufficient bathrooms for the number of flights/people passing through and the bathrooms were soaking wet. In addition, it rained and there were leaks in the roof all throughout the terminal. The water was literally pouring in non-stop. I advise anyone to avoid long layovers (or any layover) in Jeddah. The only positive aspect is there are a couple of good (small) coffee shapes and reclaimed chairs that are good for sleeping."
