Mom, was traveling alone and it was difficult for me to get her from the car and inside without leaving my car unattended in a tow away zone."

I was not even greeted upon arriving at the counter first word out of his mouth was passport that's it. We had a long delay and crew didn't even offer us drinks in first class until we were almost ready to take off."

Desventajas: "We went from hearing, 'business class, those with small children and those that need extra help with boarding' to no other announcements.. everyone just lined up and got on the flight..we had no direction regarding order or rows... One other piece: we heard about a passenger having something stolen out of the overhead. That was unfortunate but I do not know how Caribbean Airlines could help that...but due to the large number of carryon luggage, we were forced to put our backpack under our seats...and that made for a most uncomfortable flight..I wish there was a way to parcel out overhead space...i checked my luggage due to space and others crammed in whatever they could..."

Con respecto a comidas etc parecia el vuelo de una low cost. AGUA Y algo mas
Se perdió la conexión por el retraso en el aeropuerto. Apenas se está tomando hoy un vuelo con escala y cambio de aerolíneas. Doce horas en el aeropuerto de Londres para conseguir uno.
La llegada a Londres y el apoyo para arreglar la pérdida de la conexión fue una tortura. Más de 12 horas para conseguir un vuelo y súmale luego conseguir un hotel para una noche en Londres. British Airways esta desbordado y el aeropuerto más!
El vuelo se retrasó en casi 2 horas
Nada. Por culpa de un retraso en un primer vuelo con vosotros perdí el segundo.

Ventajas: "Entretenimiento: Buen sistema de pantalla interactiva con mucha variedad de películas, nuevos estrenos y sobre todo valoro la disonibilidad de estas películas en español-castellano. Me gusto mucho el poder disponer de suficientes bebidas y refrescos durante el vuelo."
Desventajas: "Me hicieron despachar mi equipaje de mano, porque el vuelo estaba muy lleno, fue gratis el servicio, pero rompieron mi valija. Una valija que me compre siguiendo las normas del tamaño que las aerolíneas te imponen para poder llevarla conmigo en la cabina, y unas horas antes del vuelo me avisan que tengo que despacharla, y encima la rompen."
